Beautiful house, very comfortable, especially the beds. We all enjoyed our stay at Milton Bank and would definitely recommend this rental.

Lovely apartment- very spacious living room and two large double rooms - beautifully and simply furnished. Great communication from the host.

Only a small thing - there could have been more tea towels as we were self catering and lots of dishes.

Someone broke rear window viper and sprayed paint on the side and back of our vehicle.

Delighted to find there was a largish garden and terrace available. Only bad weather made using it less frequent than otherwise. Park with netball and other facilities nearby too. Nice touches like tea, coffee etc supplied. The proportions of the main bedroom and sitting room were beautifully spacious and decorated and maintained to a high standard. It gave the appearance of a hotel with immaculate white towels in every room, one large family bathroom with shower and bath, and another with a shower. The twin bedded rooms were smallish but perfectly adequate for children and acceptable for adults. Lots of hanging spaces and drawers. When we saw the carpeted areas and bare wooden floors we understood why we were asked to wear slippers in the house. ( Which were supplied) A minor inconvenience. Those used to high heels could wear wedge heels or mules or sandals which were for indoor use only perhaps? There was even a small study with printer and screen. Two large wall TV's with free access to a variety of services eg Netflix etc. One was in the sitting room and one in main bedroom. In a good location, easily accessed from motorways and handy for nearby eating and shopping in Broughty Ferry. A nice town with Dundee and it's museums and shops nearby. A lovely way for scattered family members to meet up safely provided children can be relied on not to unduly disturb the neighbours with inconsiderately noisy behaviour early morning or late in the evening.

As an old house there were minor irritations like a stiff bathroom door lock and one of the twin rooms required some fiddling with too. I have arthritis so that did not help to resolve it. A minor problem which I forgot to mention to the owner/manager. Kitchen would be cramped if we had all eaten at once. It looked great but wall cupboards made moving around the table difficult. Not too happy about having to be out by 10am. on the last day. Anyone with teenagers will understand why! Worth it if it contributes to keeping the place clean and Covid free as far as possible.
