Great location, had everything you need for the perfect holiday

The property was exactly what we thought it would be and exactly what we needed for our stay. The roof terrace was amazing, a total sun trap which is what we were looking for. The pool was amazing especially with the wonderful weather had. The 2 bathrooms were a big plus as we were 2 couples. Close to restaurants, bars and a 5-10 min walk down to the beach. Supermarkets a 10 min walk away, but with the car was only minutes. Central if your a golfer, our other halves enjoyed 6 rounds during our stay and said villa location was ideal for getting and from. All in all we loved our stay. Susanne was friendly and so helpful when we arrived and when we left.

We loved the villa, the host Ray was super helpful via emails regarding the keys etc which was done smoothly with Susanne who was lovely and answered our many questions on the area giving us the address for the markets and shopping centre. villa has everything you need and is home from home including the washing machine and barbecue.The rooftop was a highlight for us watching the parrots fly and the sunsets. villa was spotless and had everything you need with a five minute walk to the beach/supermarket

Witch made difficult for going out. Something minor but being in Spain and noooo sangria jug well now u do have one because we brought one ourselves,
As u have a pool but No pool play things for kids or bow up bits being a layol etc

My only criticism and it’s minor, but I think a safe would be very useful. Being on holiday with passports and money and belongings it would be peace of mind to be able to lock them all away. This for me is important.

Very comfortable house with excellent sun terraces and a lovely pool.
Security shutters on the windows which made the house dark. Because of the weather, we couldn’t leave them open.

lovely brand new villa, very tastefully furnished. 2 independent bathrooms. walking distance to bars & beach. well stocked supermarket around the corner.
view from front overlooks wasteland so not the best. Guess this as in a new developed area.
