Really spacious and comfortable family house. Fully equipped kitchen. Furnishings to match each bedroom with fans for when it's hot!

Kettle didn't seem to fully boil. Parking can be quite tight.

Cleanliness of house. private parking spot. All facilities and items worked. Location for exploring Filey and Scarborough

Nothing to do with the house but the swimming pool was closed allegedly for routine maintenance we were told. Could not find any reference to this on the website despite being told that there was. Came back on second day as been told previously it would be open tomorrow. It was not. A rather disengaged member of staff then said that we should have checked on the website. We pointed out that there was no info and that we had been told it was just routine maintenance. The operative then told us it was a mechanical fault and the maintenance team did not have the part. Two different stories with no opening time in sight. and two employees that seemed not to care. Were looking to book another house and there was availability in August for a large property. Will probably not book now after saga of the swimming pool and made to feel that it was our fault. A rather poor show by The Bay staff that does not reflect upon the property.
