Exceptional

A cottage oasis, central stay, our room was spacious and equipped perfectly for the two of us the entertainment and pool area were literally less than 10feet away from us. The pictures do not do the place justice it was more spacious than seen, our parking right outside our door this one night stay was so relaxed it actually felt longer like we were in our own private bubble all thanks to our accommodating, warm hospitable host vícky who goes above and beyond to make your stay feel at home thank you we will definitely be back. The hospitality industry needs more Vicky's❤️🙏🏻God bless 🌻

Disappointing

The place is in a quiet area and close to the beach

The apartment seemed to be out of guest for quite some time so the area was not welcoming

Exceptional

The service was excellent. Everything we needed was provided....Thank you so much 7 Dolphins, a wonderful weekend we had

Only thing missing is the Wifi....other than that I do not fault anything else.

Very good

The kindness and the flexibility of the owner of the property. Cleanliness, quietness, peace, comfort. Spacious bedrooms, garden and the swimming pool. Location: close to Stanger and the beach.

Gate not lockable and also low. The 'gate way' to parking - too narrow, easy to scratch the car. We could not lock the sliding door from inside for our 100% safety. The shower door in one of the bathrooms was broken.

Exceptional

100 metre walking distance to the beach and 10 minutes drive to the mall.Grateful of the host hospitality.

Please ensure wi fi is available even though I appreciate the 1GB provision to Hotspot

Very good

First evening we had no hot water, not the hosts fault. Area had very low pressure.

Vicky was a great host.. Was in constant contact with her on my check in day and she made sure everything was in order. Ample place for all the family to sit and relax.

The accommodation was as if you ordered it on Wish.

Shower was just a nozzle, it wasn't good enough. With the bathroom light on, you could see someone in the shower. There were no full length mirrors, I used the sliding door to look at my outfit. The upstairs "floor" made me feel like we were going to fall through and it was noisy. I certainly didn't get what I saw on the advert, my family and I were very disappointed.

It was bad and we didn’t enjoy

Nothing

They wanted a breakage deposit on arrival of which wasn’t stated on booking.com. We paid it but they don’t want to refund us where as we didn’t break or destroy anything. They are saying we had noise, they came to control us and the owner was rude to us. That rule should be handled alone not that because there is noice then just decide to take breakage deposit cause these are two different things. They should have chased us out instead. As the owner came threatening us.

1. Location peaceful quiete and at seaside. 2. Relaxed homelike environment. 3. Very prompt and versatile response by caretaker.

1.Lounge to be downstairs instead of upstairs. 2. Floorboards not firm enough.
