Отель для тех кто хочет погрузится в настоящую жизнь города!

Очень удобное расположение для тех кто путешествует на автомобиле. Отель не дорогой, но цена соответствует.

Мне кажется, что если поменять все лампочки в номере, было бы гораздо лучше.

Комфортный для проживания и питания отель в большом центре Еревана

Отель располагается в большом центре Еревана, в шаговой доступности от торгового центра Рио, внутри жилого квартала. Прекрасное соотношение цена/качество - менеджмент отель поддерживает бюджетную цену и ремонтирует отель по этапам, выглядит все довольно хорошо - понравилось. Необычно, что отель предлагает возможность самим готовить еду и стирать вещи в стиральной машине, а также позволяет заезжать в любое время (по предварительной договоренности), а не в строго установленные часы. Вместо настенного кондиционера предоставляют компактный переносной кондиционер. В отеле есть мангал и можно заказать шашлык или кебаб, готовят порционный завтрак (трех видов, в него в ходит яичница, каша и блинчик или пирог, чай или кофе) и порционный обед (в него входит салат, суп, второе, компот и фрукты). Хотя завтрак "шведский стол" был бы еще лучше. При том, что в Ереване поесть вкусно и бюджетно проблема, это - очень привлекательный по качеству и стоимости вариант. Время обеда можно согласовать. В общем, необычно, что предлагается столько услуг и при этом бюджетно. Отношение к гостям - доброжелательное.

Из-за неточности в Яндекс-картах оказалось проблемой первый раз найти этот отель, такси тоже один раз увезло в другую сторону от отеля, водитель подсказал, что надо набирать в Яндекс-картах его адрес ул. Грачья Тамразяна, 12, а не отель 333, потому что Яндекс потом переформатирует на другой (неправильный) адрес. И мне пришлось оплачивать поездку на такси как за два вызова. На кухне не всегда чистая посуда для самостоятельного пользования - видимо, гости не очень хорошо ее моют за собой. И за ними надо посуду перемывать начисто. Но это легко исправить.

I highly recommend this hotel for your budget friendly stay in Yerevan.

The property was budget friendly and close to the city center.

Administration was very helpful. The hotel was clean. They offer a breakfast which was very convenient for us.

I do not sugeest it even if you have not enough money

The room has private bath room and a clean refrigrator.

The beds were really unconfortable. There was a bad matress and it hurts my neck and back. I got muscle spasme. I couldnot sleep. The room was very dirty. There were so much dust on the floor and in the room corners. Some insects were in the room. Bad smell comes from bathroom that didnot removed by washing and cleaning. The name of hotel is very remote of what the place is.

Pretty good but with nuances

The room is spacious and has all the amenities needed. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Big shopping mall with good food court located very close to the guesthouse

The bathroom equipment is not in the greatest condition. The furniture in the room is also very basic and pretty old.

Too hot in the room

15 minutes by taxi from the city center. It's quite convenient and inexpensive using an app like GG. The room is very big

No air conditioning, it was very hot at night in the room. With 32° at night in the bedroom, it is impossible to sleep. There is a fan, but it only sends out hot air. In ten days, the room was cleaned once because I asked. Same for towels. The sheets have not been changed. The bedroom and bathroom are really old. The price that I paid and announced by Booking.com is above the normal price displayed at the reception of the Hotel.

Read my comments then you can make a right choice by your expectations.

The address in the Google map shows in the middle of 23 in the middle of cross that is wrong so from first day until the last day I had problems with taxi this hotel also don't have the sign board that you can find it easily and location is 100 meters inside the 23th street in the left side so when you reach or you reach taxi will put you in the street and everytime you ask taxi taxi will be in the Cross waiting for you it will make inconvenience and extra charge of taxi and if you have luggage it will be a case for you everything in hotel is normal just some times noisy in the night even after midnight so choosing the right room important and until 12 o'clock in the night sometimes you can hear shouting and loud noise of reception tv about value of money depends on your choice and time you are booking it can be fair or unfair.

Policy.... and decipline... and control by camera could help for example some passenger using kitchen and cooking and make noise at 2 o'clock but if kitchen close at 12 it will be ok also everything on the kitchen was almost depreciated even it was a big room beside kitchen can could be use in better way like a small restaurant in hotel ...
