Located in Campton, this lovely house for $334 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Set in the Waterville Valley ski area, this 4 bdrm, 2 bath chalet is on an acre is not only private but is truly a summer and winter retreat . This fully furnished & applianced home features an oversized deck off the living room and BBQ for grilling. You have access to 4 passes to the recreational facilities which include 2 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, 3 hot tubs, tennis & basketball courts, arcade, private beach, restaurants/bars, our own ski slope and too much more to mention! Waterville Estates is nestled between the Lakes Region and the White Mountains, making it a very popular vacation destination in New England. It's a great place to get away and relax, with easy access to all the recreational opportunities available in the region. Waterville Estates is a community of about 700 homes and condos. A mix of full-time and second home owners reside here. As a member of the Waterville Estates community, you have access to the Community Recreation Center and the Campton Mountain Ski Area. The Recreation Center features two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, indoor & outdoor hot-tubs, saunas, a fitness room, game room, library, and two restaurants/pubs: the "Summit Lounge" and the "Mountain View Lounge". Outdoor recreation includes tennis courts, a basketball court, playground, picnic grounds, a pond with sandy beach, skating pond, and more! The Campton Mountain Ski hill is also onsite and is great for kids or an easy ski day. The lap pool is one of two indoor pools. A hot-tub sits at one end. The "free form" pool has a large shallow area and is lots of fun for kids! Enjoy a bubbly hot-tub after a day on the slopes! 2 Guest passes included to recreational facilities, additional adults are $10 a weekday and $20 on a weekend day, payable directly to the WES Recreation Center at time of visit. Children under 8 are free!!! If guest pass is lost there will be a $50 fee to reprocess. This inviting & spacious home has 2 levels and we provide linens, towels, and a fully applianced kitchen. Cable in Living Room and Smart TV's in every room, with various streaming services free!!! Gas Grille is also provided on the beautiful spacious deck. **Gas tank is also provided and can easily be connected and refilled(if necessary) 5 minutes away at “Handyman Hardware”, 12 Six Flags Road, Campton or at the Campton Cupboard.
