Good location and set up.

Unfortunately the place hadn't been cleaned in a while. No clean bedding, no towels, dirty everywhere, trash stacked inside, ect. The "owner" responded fairly quickly via email(no cell service at property). But the local staff that was to reach out quickly, never did. The only other thing was I feel they should mention the number of stairs. It's a steep long stairway down to house from parking and another long steep stairway down to lake. Not a big deal unless you aren't expecting it. Changed most all of our planned trip(dining out, dog sitting, hotels, boat, gear, and so on). Inconvenient doesn't really describe it.

The location was great.

When we got there the beautiful fireplace did not work. I called and was told a local representative would contact me. That never happened. I realize you were just coming out of winter, but the whole property needs a serious cleaning.
