Since I didn't have an internet connection or a functioning telephone, I didn't see the emails that the property sent me on the day of arrival. (They didn't send me instructions on the day prior to arrival only a phone number.) There was no signage on any building that I (or the taxi driver) could see near the Caisse d'Epargne Pointe-a-Pitre. There was no mention of the apartment's rough neighborhood. They cancelled the reservation and have charged me $281.

L'appartement est spacieux, très propre et très bien situé au cœur de la ville de Pointe-à-Pitre. Petite cuisine aménagée avec deux salon séjour et deux lits doubles. Salle de bain privative à l'appartement entier. Notre hôte sur cette réservation a été très cordiale, très accueillante et surtout adaptative aux horaires d'arrivée malgré les retards des différents transports.

L'insécurité régnante en fin de journée et en soirée dans le quartier, même si aucun incident n'a été rapporté aux autorités.

Great location, the apartment is beyond clean. Amazing amenities, tv could be spotty at times.

My only issue is the plugs, it’ll be a great addition if the host provided universal adapters for guest traveling just in case. I couldn’t charge any of my devices

great apartment, big and with all the conforts in the center of point a pitre. breaksfast was not included but they bring me some food (and you can make coffee/tea)
