We loved this place! While the location is a bit out of central São Joaquim, it more than makes up for it with a very cozy decor and very comfortable furniture. While the town is know for its could weather, the heat exchanger made short work out of it and we had a very warm and snug two nights sleep. Covered parking is available under the hostess' house (just a few doors down) but parking in front of the apartment was much more convenient as the region isn't known for being violent. The facilities were what could be expected from a normal house and the gas-heated shower was absolutely perfect. The apartment is, in 2022, brand new and well worth a stay. When visiting the region again, we'll absolutely be staying here again.
