J’ai séjourné dans une villa avec vue à 360 degrés sur une nature tropicale préservée, jardin balinais merveilleux et très bien entretenu et empli de zenitude ! La famille balinaise qui gère cette petite structure hôtelière est adorable et prête à solutionner nos moindres désirs. Petits déjeuners soignés et délicieux. L’hôtel ne disposant pas de restaurant, nombreuses warungs sur rizières tout autour pour se restaurer. Temples Tirta Empul et Gunung Kawi, rizières Jatiluwih et Tagalalang, et cascades aux alentours. Location de scooter conseillé pour se déplacer. Une des meilleures adresse depuis le début de mon séjour de deux mois à Bali.

Location and the feel around is just amazing

Did not provide enough towels for the room, and for the tub area in the bathroom. Staff was a miss when we were checking out in the morning today at 8. We needed the help with checking out our baggage but no one was there, so we did it ourselves.

La camera molto spaziosa e pulitissima. Quella da noi prenotata aveva la piscina privata e un balcone dove poter fare colazione (molto buona e apprezzata). Il bagno è molto grande è dotata sia di doccia che di vasca e offre tutti i confort possibili. L’host molto gentile e disponibile e da la possibilità di noleggiare anche lo scooter. Peccato non aver soggiornato più notti.

La posizione è un po’ decentrata rispetto il centro di ubud (20-25 minuti in scooter) ma la bellezza della struttura ne compensa la distanza.

Everything was sooooooo amazing here ! We spent 7 nights, two villas with private pool. The owner is a gem, such a good driver too ! We discover so many things in this area. A bonus is the gorgeous restaurant only 2 minutes walking. And 10 minutes walking from an amazing hidden waterfall. So quiet place with rice fields views. Thank you for everything ! The wifi is perfect too, staff the kindest. Easy to get scooters from the villa, easy to discover the area yourself or with a driver (we did both and it was amazing )

The room was very beautiful and nicely decorated, the pool was also great and very private. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

Everything was great! From the design of the villas and all the other rooms, to the comfortability of the places, including a very comfortable bed and of course, the beautiful views from the villas and the dining room. It's a place where to stay for a few days and feel yourself disconnected. We recommend you to come to Sebatu Villa after passing by Ubud, as here you will find all the calms that you won't find in Ubud. The staff is attentive and very professional, and the owner, is the best host you will find in all of Bali. He will help you with anything you need and always with a smile. The surroundings of this hotel are great, quiet and natural, so if you like authentic places, come to Sebatu Tulen Villa. It is the first time in our stay in Bali that the room is exactly what we expected after booking it in Booking.com. It was even better than in the pictures. Also the breakfast is very complete and tasty. There are few restaurants near the Hotel where you could have good quality-price food. Thank you to all the team of Sebatu Tulen for a wonderful stay. We really recommend you to stay in Tulen!

The location of the Villa is perfect if you want to have a relaxed time near Ubud. The room was astonishingly clean and spacious. The staff are also very welcoming and helpful. They helped us book a very good massage, laundry service and an airport transfer for really good prices! Will surely be back again!

The villas and pools were beautiful and clean. Secluded and quiet, everything you need for a quiet getaway. A short taxi ride to Ubud and walking distance to 2 restaurants.

The outdoor bathroom. It rained during our 4 day stay. Apart from the entire bathroom floor being wet, there is no shade above the shower, toilet or bath. I understand that the weather is not within the owners control but they need to have a back up or portable shade in place for rainy weather. We had to walk upstairs to my daughter's villa to use the indoor bathroom and shower since the outdoor bathrooms was wet. No extra bathroom mat or tools were suppplies to wipe the floor or basin/toilet/bath during the rainy days.

The staff was fulfilling every little request we had, from a floating breakfast, to making us sandwiches the night before our very early checkout. The location, the pool and the breakfast were fabulous!

The place is very quiet... The staff was very humble and cooperative. Perfect place if you want peace, away from city...

I like the view and fresh air, the floating breakfast experience, the fact they can rent their car and motorcycle for your own tour, can ask whether they offer tour. Can ask the staff whether have someone to massage at night. But the thing i like best is the coffee. 😁 and the welcoming staff.

Everything was just WOW :) Staffs were very kind and helpful. He dropped and picked me from the restaurant nearby. When I asked a floating breakfast, he even took a photo to make it as similar as my request. The facility was also WOW :) I got upgrade so I could enjoy whole villa by myself even a private pool. Balinese style decoration both inside, outside. Bathtub and shower look amazing. Water temperature and pressure were also very good. In the morning, I can enjoy from my terrace whole mountain and rice field shinning. The area is very quiet. So it's perfect for someone planning to escape from their busy life :p Just for your information, I used both going and coming grab bike. It wasn't difficult for me but recommend you rent your own bike. It'll be much more helpful as there is not many restaurants or shops. Villa didn't have restaurant, but you can have your meal nearby restaurant, 3mins walking distant. The restaurant is located next to the rice firld, you may have a chance to see fireflies:) It was such a beautiful experience at Sebatu Tulen Villa :)

It's hidden paradise. Room is modern and stylish but also makes you feel that you are in nature. The big pool is only shared with 3 rooms so it almost feels private.

it was very tranquil, the views were amazing. The owner and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. most know a little English. I was transported to several places and was told of many different activities in the area. The breakfasts were very delicious and they were accommodating to what I wanted to eat.
