Only access info was a contact number and address. Host failed to pick up the phone and had no voice mail. We took a cab to the address and eventually found an alternate number. Turns out the address was wrong so had to relocate 4 pax and 6 bags. Whole process was chaotic and unacceptable. The closet in one of the 2 bedrooms was completely filled with a spare bed and mattress and was unusable. Nothing was done despite request to host to remove it.

there was a plumbing leak. the couch also needed updating.
