About this condo rental
*Gorgeous mountain views right out your window or from your private patio *20-30 minute drive to any of the Summit County ski resorts. *Hiking, biking, and snowshoeing trails right out your door! *Comfortably sleeps 8 with three queen beds and one twin bunk! Pack 'n Play provided! *New large 65" smart TV, electric fireplace, and private deck. *Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances. Our condo is 20 minutes to Copper or Keystone, 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, and 30 minutes to Breckenridge. The free bus line is right out the door and will take you directly to the restaurants, bars, and shopping in Silverthorne. If you don't want to drive to the ski resorts, you can take this bus but you will need to transfer once to get to Keystone and twice to get to the other resorts. Another option is to take a short drive to one of the transit stations within 10-15 minutes to catch the free bus directly to any ski resort (since parking at the resorts can be expensive). Search online for "summit stage free bus" for bus route info - we are on the green Wildernest line. ***Please note, as of winter 2023-24 the communal hot tubs and pools in our complex all have major repairs needed and are all shut down for the foreseeable future. We are NOT advertising that we have pools or hot tubs available right now so please do not expect one!! We wish this wasn't the case but thankfully after these proper repairs are completed we should be in much better shape. Cancellation policy: guest receives 97% refund if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; guest receives 47% refund if cancellation occurs at least 15 days before arrival; no refunds within 15 days of arrival. Due to how our property management software collects payments there is a 3% credit card processing fee that we have to pay which we cannot get back under any circumstance. We therefore must retain 3% of your payment (even if your reservation is over 30 days out) to cover this charge. We are sorry for this inconvenience. Summit County STR license #: STR21-01994 STR rules allow for a maximum of 8 guests and 2 parking spots in total.

The condo was beautiful. Big enough for 3 adults and 4 kids. Kids loved the pool table! Erich was great.

Loved it! This condo was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of 5. We enjoyed the views, the extra loft bedroom space, the amenities (TV options, games, books, ping pong paddles), kitchen gadgets, and ease of access. Also, it was a major bonus to us that the unit was on the top floor so we didn't hear any footsteps. The only negative was that we had to walk to the neighboring building to use the hot tub, but the property manager communicated with us ahead of time, so that was not a big deal. Thanks!

Property was as depicted and perfect for our group of 8 to relax after hitting the slopes in the nearby ski areas. The hot tub in the building was out of order but Erich communicated the issue prior to arrival and offered a partial refund due to the inconvenience. Loved the new electric fireplace!

The unit was clean and perfect. Everything was as expected. Not any fault of Erich, the hot tub in the building was out and the hot tub in the other building was less than luke warm without jets. The dry sauna was excellent.
I'd recommend the condo.

Very comfortable place. Plenty of space for 3 couples and 2 babies/toddlers. Kitchen well set up. Blackout curtains in loft bedroom make it very private. Beautiful view of Buffalo Mt.

We traveled to CO to see my daughter for Thanksgiving and thought it’d be a great idea to make it a getaway trip to Silverthorne. We were not disappointed. The entire trip was fantastic. The Wildernest rental had everything we needed and more - it felt like our own personal 5 star hotel. Check in & check out was so easy. The town of Silverthorne was nicer than we could have expected. We enjoyed the town and also learned to snowmobile by visiting Freedom Rentals which I would recommend to anyone. All in all it was a very special trip. I would recommend it to anyone- and we will definitely be coming back!

The condo had everything to make for a comfortable stay. Clean and well supplied. Appreciated the newness of the bed linens, thick fluffy towels, and even kitchen linens looked new and fresh.

The property was very nice. Our condo was clean and easily gave us room as a family and room to spread out and have our own space. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and they supplied everything you could need if you were traveling light. The only two issues we had were we wish they would have had more wash rags for our 6 day stay. However, that wouldn't have been an issue had we brought quarters for the laundry room. Finding a place to give you quarters was extremely tricky. The laundry room does take apple pay, when it is online. We shared the laundry room with other people from different buildings because they had the same issues of Apple Pay not working and limited quarters. I still would stay here again and highly recommend it! We will just bring quarters next time.
Our host, Erich was very helpful and responded quickly. He was able to offer suggestions and made our overall stay easier to plan out. Thank you for that!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! Not only was the view beautiful but the inside of the place was really clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts really thought of everything! We didn’t feel the need to ask where anything was or how to use it because they explained everything very well. An overall great experience!

Booked online and the property met/exceeded our expectations. Everyone was comfortable, we had all we needed in the kitchen and enjoyed a few of the games available. Will go back if we get the chance.

Our family of five enjoys little retreats from our busy lives and spend time in the mountains. This is a great little place, fun for the kids, games and indoor pool. And relaxing for the parents. The kitchen is well stocked and plenty of towels for showers and pool use. Would love to stay again.

We stayed at this condo for 5 nights and everything was exactly as promised. The high ceilings and skylights make the space very inviting, as do the well-stocked kitchen and decorative touches. Appreciated the abundance of fluffy towels! We skied at Copper and A-Basin, both easily accessed from this spot.

Great Condo, Great Location
I have nothing but good things to say about the condo and the owners. The condo is clean, well appointed and worked perfectly for our family ski weekend. We had six people in our party and the condo was the perfect size. The kitchen had everything you need to make great meals. The location is close to numerous ski resorts.

Clean, spacious, comfortable
This condo was a really lovely stay. Plenty of parking, towels, kitchen supplies, water filter and ice in the fridge, comfortable beds and comforters. We came with friends and our 12 year old daughters absolutely loved sharing the loft. Only thing I would check on if you are needing it is the hot tub. It was sort of working while we were there.

Wonderful condo for our family. Beds were comfortable and I loved the pillow so much I ordered some when I got home. Fireplace was cozy and kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Location was great There were 4 of us. There is enough sleeping for 8. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay/manager!
7 of us arrived to the condo to see exactly what we expected. Everything was great and anytime we needed anything, whether it was prior to the trip or while we were there, Erich was super prompt and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

Perfect stay!
We really loved the decor of this condo - it is modern, cozy and homey. The wood-burning fireplace, the view, the huge TV screen, the pool and well-equipped kitchen were big hits with our group.

Everything we needed was provided (kitchen, bedrooms etc)! The check in process was simple and Erich responded to every email/ question promptly! He even offered to allow us to check in early since the unit was available! We forgot something in the unit and he is shipping the item back to us! Highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at this property while on a Christmas week family ski trip to Keystone and Breckenridge. We drive from Denver to stay in the Colorado mountain towns several times a year and have rented many condos during our visits. We found that the size, space and amenities of this unit was perfect for our family of five, which includes two teenagers. From the initial contact with the owners of this unit, I could tell that they truly wanted us to enjoy their property during our stay. They were extremely responsive to all of my questions as well as creating an easy to follow check-in process for a seamless first day in the unit. When we entered the unit it was clean, well stocked with supplies, had an abundance of kitchen cooking tools and even a whole shelf of games and toys for the kids. We hosted other ski friends for dinner/drinks on two of the evenings and the condo offered more than enough space for multiple families to gather around the kitchen table and in the living room. This is hands down one of the most spacious and comfortable units we've ever stayed in. Our kids loved the fact that there was an indoor pool and hot tub right in our building and there was even a pool table and racquetball court available had we decided to use them. If there was one small downside to the unit, it was that there were shared, paid laundry facilities outside of our room. We never had an issue using the laundry when we needed it, nor was the price at all exorbitant, but it was a drag to have to haul five people's worth of laundry down to the main floor every day. Other than not having the ability to do laundry inside the unit, everything else about our stay was excellent. Erich and Yunny are definitely the kind of owners that take a personal stake in their renter's enjoyment of their property. I was very impressed with them, with their condo and with the whole experience. Thank you both for a very nice stay!

Home away from home
This condo is perfect for families. As the other reviews stated, it’s got everything you could need and more. The highlights that I look for:
-High quality bedding and towels
-Clean kitchen and tools (truly everything was perfect. Tons of children’s place settings, every gadget, and the appliances were brand new)
-Comfortable, clean furniture.
-Security and safety.
The amenities are great, but it’s true they are outdated. It didn’t bother us though, as it was clean.
The hosts are lovely and answered any questions we had. They had the condo decorated for Christmas, plus a welcome assortment of candies and popcorn which was such an appreciated touch.

Great Place for a Mountain Escape
Two of my friends and I stayed here for a birthday trip & this was the perfect spot for us! The house was super clean, they left great detailed notes on how to get to the area and ideas of things to do while here. They were very communicative and quickly responsive. Definitely felt like a home away from home!

Nice condo complex. Great views. Communication was Excellent!! It is nice that the condo is on the top floor which offers vaulted ceilings and seems very spacious. Thanks Erich!
