The Space: The space: When you're not exploring everything the Entertainment District has to offer, unwind in our 2 bed, 2 bath downtown loft. Upon entry, you'll be greeted by true city life-- a grand loft entrance that overlooks the entire living space below. The master bedroom is located on the upper level of the loft, complete with a plush King-size bed, 55" Smart TV, and an en suite bath with a jacuzzi tub + shower.  Venture down our spiral staircase to the open-concept living space. Our spacious living room features high ceilings, a cozy sofa with a comfortable queen sleeper within it (linens provided), and a 65" Smart TV for all of your streaming needs. Right off the living room is our fully-stocked kitchen + dining space. Though you'll have Fayetteville's best restaurants at your fingertips, our kitchen offers plenty of space to prepare homecooked meals too!  Our second private bedroom is located downstairs, complete with a cozy Queen-size bed,  a 55" Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub + shower. If there is more than one vehicle, they must be parked in paid parking spots along Lafayette or any other paid lot. Cars parked in other unit spots or in the grass/gravel spots will be towed at the driver's expense. Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Pets discovered at the property without prior notice will incur a fine of $400. There is a 3-pet maximum. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
