The size of the property was excellent, with two double rooms and one twin room. Having two modern shower rooms plus a downstairs toilet was also a huge bonus. The kitchen was well-equipped and the coffee machine made good coffee (although some people may be put off by the amount of aluminium waste created by the capsules). Having a toddler with us, we were most grateful that the property provided us with a cot and high chair. We made use of the upper balcony for relaxing and the outside terrace for eating. These were great. The spacious living room with dining table as well as sofa was often used for playing games in the evening. Having Netflix on the TV was a welcome bonus. The location of the property is such that we had the choice of either using the pool or walking to the beach. Having both options was fantastic. Communication with the owner/manager Tom was always extremely friendly, helpful and reliable.

It might be worth noting that on hot days the bedrooms can be very warm, even througout the night. We did our best to ventilate in the morning and keep blinds closed, but that didn't stop some nights from being quite uncomfortable. The property includes an underground garage, but this is somewhat of a labyrinth and quite tight so we found ourselves parking on the street most of the time (not a problem). By no means the fault of the property, but we should have realised beforehand that its close proximity to the airport means planes flying overhead pretty regularly until about 11pm. Similarly, the street outside the property can be quite noisy in the evenings. Probably not an issue for most adults, but if you're trying to get a young child to sleep and can't close the windows because of the heat, these factors may make life more difficult.

Not a criticism but some advice for other visitors: taxis found it difficult to locate the address

We absolutely loved our stay and were sad we did not book this for our entire holiday. It's a large house and it was perfect for our family of 6. There are 3 levels. Lower level - terrace, kitchen, toilet, dining room. Level 1 - bedroom 1 & 2, bathroom with a powerful shower. Level 3 - Bedroom 3 with big ensuite and another powerful shower & balcony with view over pool. Underground there was also a private garage for parking. The kids enjoyed the pool too which was a bonus as they practically had it to themselves. Tomas was an excellent host and in contact throughout our stay. Nothing was a problem. Lovely area, nice and quiet and within an easy walking distance to shops & restaurants. We look forward to returning here in the future.

Tomas was brilliant at directions, providing us with directions in video format and maps to assist both us and the taxi driver at the start of the holiday. I WhatsApped him about something minor during the holiday and he responded within one minute! The house was immaculate with extras like loo roll, tea towels and kitchen roll provided. It had an inside and an outside dining table. Rooms are a good size and well spaced out. The rooftop deck is bliss. It overlooks the pool, getting sunshine in the morning. It has 2 sunloungers. The pool is very clean and a good size. Hardly used by residents so really relaxing!
