Everything about the property and our experience there was AMAZING!!! The villa itself is modern, comfortable and beautiful! The private pool is great! The breakfast is great! The location is great!

The villa was beautiful inside and out. The Villa was equipped with high quallity furnishings, kitchen utensils, crockery etc The breakfast is by far the best I have had in Stoupa. The service we received from George was excellent. The location of the villa is superb with the most stunning views across the sea.

The villa was absolutely stunning. Beautifully appointed and very clean. We loved our week there and felt very at home. George and his team were perfect hosts. Breakfast was amazing! The pool was excellent. And plenty of dining options in the villages nearby … the coastal path makes it very easy to get around on foot or by hiring bike. We will definitely be back!

A very nice house, a fantastic outside-area, perfect location directly by the see between Stoupa and Agios Nikolaos. The daily breakfast-basket was fantastic and we enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks to George and the stuff, it was a great time.

Bathroom a little small

The host, George, couldn’t have been more helpful - same with the lovely cleaner. The setting was idyllic and the pool and the house were so clean and lovely. The first three of our five nights were amazing and we didn’t want to go out!

Unfortunately, the final two nights we had 10 people staying in one villa next door, including at least 4 (exceptionally noisy) children under the age of 4. The final two days were made utterly unenjoyable by the constant screaming and shouting from the pool; I think the concept of a “luxury” villa that is away from the bustle of town needs to be considered at the price we paid. Particularly as the three villas are very adjoined with little privacy between them. I appreciate we were unlucky, but I think things could have been done here to encourage guests who want the peace and quiet that the place offers to return. Moving forward I would suggest at the very least limiting the number of people in a villa to 4 (as this is what they are supposed to sleep) and at the very most, considering not allowing children under a certain age.
