Posizione ottima per le nostre esigenze legate al dover visitare ogni giorno località diverse, ma comunque poco distante dal centro di Perugia. Appartamento spazioso ed elegante, con tutti i confortevoli, immerso in un giardino enorme e dai mille colori. Silenzio e relax. Nicola ottimo padrone di casa, sempre disponibile e cordiale! Mi è piaciuto tutto, l'appartamento facente parte di una villa con giardino immenso, circondata dal verde di alberi dai mille colori.

Quiet Place, nice owner, friendly dog

The property is located just outside the hustle and bustle of city life. It was very spacious with ample parking and beautiful gardens. The outside area was lovely and gave everyone a relaxing space after a big day of sightseeing. Although we didn’t swim in the pool, it added to the relaxing atmosphere. Our host, Nicola, was very accommodating and made us feel at home. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay when visiting Perugia. Grazie Nicola!!

We can honestly say there’s nothing we didn’t like about it.

The Apartment is comfortable and well-equipped. We only spent 2 nights visiting Perudgia and Assisi. Both places were easy to reach from the appartement. Nicola allowed us to use the pool, which was great especially for the kids.
