В целом, все нормально, проживание комфортное, чисто и удобно. По соотношению цена/качество отлично.

Расположение удобное, выход сразу на проспект маршала Баграмяна. Обстановка вся достаточно свежая, техника рабочая. Санузел большой и комфортный. Интернет, телевизор - все отлично! Все чисто и хорошо убрано.

Полное отсутствие, каких либо ориентиров отеля, или вывески. Пришлось расспрашивать, находящихся рядом, людей, прежде, чем нашли объект, и нужный вход. Из-за задержки авиарейса была вероятность прибыть на место к полуночи. Не представляю, как бы мы нашли отель, так как подъезд ночью на магнитном замке, ну наверное созвонились бы (но рейс еще задержали и мы прибыли к полудню). Так как мы сами себе готовили, то показалось недостаточно посуды для приготовления пищи (только ковш и сотейник, лучше бы кастрюлька побольше и нормальная сковорода), а так же немного напрягало отсутствие микроволновки (к таким вещам привыкли уже). Заявленный двуспальный диван было проблематично раздвинуть, это требовало перемещение стола на кухне. В комнате комфортная двуспальная кровать, если проживать парой, то все отлично.

Superb

Very kind and cooperative staffs. My room had a trace and a view to the city. Despite being in a noisy area, it has a very good sound insulation. The are wide variety of shopping around the hotel.

Amazing place on Baghramyan

This hotel was great for the price we paid. It was clean, very pleasant and had a convenient location. 7-10 min from the metro. And the most important part - it was super warm to stay in January. The furniture was new, the renovation was decent. We had towels, shampoos, disposable slippers and shower gels. There was a nice balcony with I guess a great view of the mountain but no big chance to see it in winter. The balcony in summer would be really pleasant. It's quite big and cosy with nice chairs and table. The water in shower was hot and had a good pressure. Thank you!

Ok, but not for 3 people in a double room - extra bed of low comfort

2 bed Room would have been good for 2 person, good facilities

We booked for 3 persons. unfortunately, the extra bed in the double room was of very low comfort. The room shouldn't be offered for three persons with this kind of extra bed. Staff tried to help but didn't have a better option unfortunately.

Mini apartment rentals in residential building

This place met my expectations. My room was clean, airconditioned and with a workspace area. Perfect windows isolating traffic noise. Price for value.

good hotel but many things have to be improve

facilities, room was good equipped, big balcony with a nice view of Yerevan, comfortable bed and tv with internet

was not so clean. glasses and dishes were very dirty. also bathroom. no daily cleaning, they didn’t change the sheets. you must ask for new towels, frequent WiFi problems

Walls are too thin ,the slightest movement from the next room is heard.First night I thought someone's showering in my bathrooms;) The window opens to next room's balcony. Bathroom is too unhygienic to use,little bit of cleaning products won't hurt anyone! Towels don't absorb&leave Lint on your face&body. Hot water in shower isn't stable,I showered in cold water one morning. The lady responsible to check you in has no minimum communication skills and customer service is a mystery to her.She receives you with a frown,asks for payment right away but when you ask for a receipt she starts making lame excuses.It's just another business in Arm where they try to make money and avoid paying their taxes.

Everything was perfect or quite close to it.

It seems there is a kindergarten within the hotel. Children are a bit noisy there in the morning.

Great comfort.

The room is small but enough for 2 persons. The balcony has a beautiful view of the hill, city and mt. Ararat. Location is perfect near to shopping centers, restaurants and supermarkets. Great value for money! Highly recommendable.

Everything was good. I booked it because of great location, also nice view from balcony especially at the sunrise, loved that. Kind and nice receptionist young lady Zara, she brought me wonderful homemade juice one day. Thanks a lot Zara)
