Highly recommended hotel! The receptionists were exceptionally attentive. They offered to organize a shuttle service from and to the airport, they looked after our luggage while we were away and when we came back they still remembered our details and the second check-in was not necessary. When we needed to change our booking dates the management made it very easy for us and charged no additional fees. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast is not over the top but still good (Ethiopian, continental, omelette) and we enjoyed it.

The hotel is quite new and everything worked during my stay. Hot water, electricity sockets TV...everything. The location is three-minute walk from the bright lights of the city nightlife. The hotel itself is quieter than most with the sound of traffic not really audible from the rooms, though obviously this is Addis Ababa so you won't get complete silence anywhere. The staff are great and very accommodating. There are a number of long-terms guests here, so that tells you everything about the standards here. Special occasions in the Ethiopian Calendar are marked with a barbeque and buffet, which if you are lucky enough to be present for you will get well fed and watered and may not even be charged anything for the privilege.

There is nothing negative to say given the price bracket this hotel is in.

I initially booked this hotel for 7 nights but was very pleased with the services and ended up staying for 21 nights. Was pleased to find out the pictures matched with what is on the booking app, breakfast was excellent, WiFi was good as well and the rooms were comfortable. The staff was readily available to assist me with anything I needed. Everyone there was so friendly. Honorable mentions to Shalom, Fitsum, Sisay , Kasehun , Hagos and lady who made us coffee ( sorry I forgot your name 😔)

The hotel staff were exceptionally nice, accommodating and really helpful. The rooms have heaters right next to the bed which is genius for the cold nights in Addis. I’d definitely go back for an even longer stay.

The hotel staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating. Stayed there for two nights, but it felt like I was there forever. From the driver (Wassi), receptionists (Zamia, Adom, Magda), the coffee server (Buna), the bar tender and the hotel manager, they were all amazing. And when they all found out that someone snatched my phone, they were all very empathetic. I initially had problems with the water, but they right away fixed the problem. Bed was very comfortable.

If I stayed in this hotel in the summer, I would die as there is no AC. I did not have a television in my room.

I didn’t had time to write a review before now in august. I would love to tell you that the stay was so relaxing and comfortable. I got checked in from a lovely receptionist lady, who took care of my booking and manage the stay. after check in the manager himself talked with me and wished me a great stay. they gave me a upgraded room and told me to not hesitate if it was anything else I would want. the same day I got sick with flu and the staff was very friendly and bring my food and tee to my room quickly. when I checked out next day my flight ✈️ was not before the night at 23:05 pm but they let my stay longer and I was so happy and great full. thank you Mazeki Addis Boutique Hotel 🙏🏼 for a wonderful stay and I would love to come back. I will give this place 10/10

the distance to Edna mall / Bole is little far but you can reach it with a taxi.

The hotel seems relatively new and has spacious and comfortable rooms. The location is good. The wifi connection is good for Ethiopia's standards.

I stayed for two nights. There is a construction site right next door which is not the hotel's fault but something worth noting. On the first night, there were trucks coming in and out of the construction site until late at night. I asked to be moved to another room away from the noise. There was still noise from people having phone calls in the hallway. On the second night, everything was quiet and there was no activity at the construction site. So on average it was ok? Breakfast is very average. I was lucky to get a mango on the first day (but no eggs as they had ran out) but no fruits were available on the second day. The worst of my stay was getting a shuttle to go to the airport. The night before I booked a shuttle for 8am. The next day, before going for breakfast, I confirmed with the receptionist that they had booked a shuttle for me. Finally, when it was 8am and time for me to go, the receptionist told me that there was no shuttle and she was calling a taxi. Obviously, I couldn't wait for a taxi to come so I left and found my own taxi. This was terrible service and probably incompetence from the receptionist? I will most likely not come back. Every other hotel I've stayed in Addis offers a (usually free) shuttle service that runs on time.

The staff were very kind. I arrived at night and had not had a chance to exchange currency and they helped me in this regard. Special mention to Sisay to assisted me at breakfast and with getting to my next destination after check out.

I had pre-arranged an airport pickup which was delayed due to traffic but the hotel staff communicated effectively to ensure I made it to the hotel safely.

I booked this room for a business partner - as i was staying there for an entire week. Both of us enjoyed the place - as it is easy to reach the airport and the same time all the place we needed. Lobby provides lounges for short meetings or after dinner catch up of the day. We would definitively come again.

The hotel provides shuttle from the airport. As myself i was already at the hotel, i tried to arrange the shuttel for my business partner - but somehow it didn't work and he finally took a taxi by himself.

The Hotel is perfectly situated in the city part 22. Cozy cafés and restaurants around the corner, such as chaka coffee. In April 2022 the hotel wasn't know yet by most of the taxi drivers - so it is important to know that the hotel is situated between the capital hotel and chaka coffee 22. Rooms are very clean and nicly furnished, same for bathroom. Staff was allways helpful and friendly. Wifi connection was working fine all the time. Had a great stay - would definitively recommend to stay at this place and looking forward coming back another time.

For Europeen travelers there might be missing a dustbin in the room - but that is really all i can "complain" about :)

I stayed a second time there. I returned. It says it all. new boutique hotel in Addis. Very comfortable mattress and pillows, strong water pressure and regular hot water. great location and very friendly staff. Very good value for money. Recommended place to stay in Addis.

The staff didn’t seem to be well organized. they missed to send a shuttle to pick me up from the airport and later they wanted to charge me nearly double for the stay. fortunately everything was solved with some insisting

The hotel is nice and airy with good hospitality. It’s in a good central location close to the airport and with easy access to the wider city. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great traditional breakfast. They provided free shuttle services for us for whenever we needed it which was great.

Restaurant meal choice is very limited for lunch and dinner and the food also took a long time to be served. We mostly chose to eat outside of the hotel.

The quality of mattress is exceptionally good. The facility observes the highest degree of cleanliness. Extremely pleasant and hospitable staff. The rates are exceptionally reasonable for that standard of facility.
