Nothing special, for that money you would expect better service.

Pool is very nice and location is good.

Internet was so bad, water pressure wasn’t really good, and every day the same choices for the breakfast. Exactly the same each day. There was no amenities in the room or bathroom, such as tooth brush, small shower gel or anything like that. No iron, no water.

Refurbishment was still ongoing near our wing with the consequence of being a bit too dirty.

Good value for money

Good location and great view from the hotel. Good value for money. The hotel was recently refurbished. Good breakfast with quite a few options!

The room doors don’t have a good isolation so there was a lot of noise coming from the corridors, couldn’t sleep as long as I would’ve liked. Also the spa facilities were all closed and are only opening from July. Lastly, we asked if on the check-out day, we could spend a few extra hours by the pool (post check out) and the staff at the reception said that this is not possible because they are fully booked. I would understand if we were checking out on Saturday or Sunday. However, we checked out on a Monday when most people checked out so the hotel wasn’t full until the afternoon when new people would check in. In fact when we were leaving, there were quite a few empty sun beds by the pool. I feel that this is definitely something they could’ve accommodated for like all hotels I’ve stayed at so far always did! It was never a problem…

The location was great, lots of nice restaurants nearby. The pool was right next to the sea, with direct access to swim. Plus there was another lovely beach only about 5-minutes walk away. The breakfast was nice and staff were friendly and helpful

Despite having signs encouraging the reuse of towels that said towels would only be exchanged if they were thrown on the floor, our towels were exchanged daily, even when we did not want this and left them hanging up. This seemed like a massive waste, and not very environmentally friendly. Especially given that signs were there but did not seemed adhered to.

value for money for 3/4 days

Great sea front location (rocky coastline). We had a car but bus stand is right outside.

no car park, a few free bays opposite and some more about 100m away. mid week food was a bit run of the mill, but stepped up on Thursday and Friday. leaking ceiling in the restaurant with lots of towels and bucket on the floor. dated decor but generally clean.

As usual with the Qawra Palace mostly positive, Do Visit Their Café Royal being the best value.

Room had good facilities cleaned daily Sea View Rooms have beautiful views over St Pauls Bay. Good Breakfasts ,

The Tap Water in Qawra is notoriously undrinkable and when we were foolish enough to run out of bottled water after midnight there was no drinkable liquid what-so-ever as the drinks vending machines were both defective and the night porter had no access to the bar or restaurant areas once they had closed. To be fair he gave me a single glass from his personal supply but frankly the situation was far from satisfactory.

Indoor pool frozen cold and jacuzzi cold too. No hot water in the pool showers. In room kettle and mugs okay but no coffee.

We went for a weekend break. Room and breakfast were exceptional. The view impecciable and a lovely nice walk to top it all.

We went for a short rest making the most of the hotel and its facilities.... Perfect for us.

The bed was really comfortable. A good breakfast, lots of choices. Facilities were good. Staff were good. Entertainment was good.

It takes a while for the hot water to come through for the morning shower.

no tv working, no lights near bed. no possible to charge phone near bed. and our room was not been changed. only next day when we check out manager come to fix a problem. realy too late, sorry :)

i was expecting much more from a four star hotel and for the price we paid.

breakfast was abundant and quite good

air condition was not working and they said it was switched off throughout the hotel and it takes 3 days to work and even though we were given a fan it was too hot at night... highly disappointed from a 4 star hotel

Pool area is nice, location is good, breakfast is good.

We were woken up by loud construction works at 7 am on the first morning there. If we asked to change the room it took a lot of time, by the evening, the new room we got, the toilet was leaking, in the third room the air con did not work. Instead of quickly checking the room themselves we had to go up and down and change places many times. For the price and the 4 stars of the hotel, the service could use an upgrade, and the rooms itselves as well, as they look quite tired.
