Lovely ground floor 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit. Great golf course view. New flat screen 68" TV and DVD player in the living room, as well as a 42" flat screen TV and A/C in the bedroom. Free calling to US, Canada, Guam and Puerto Rico. Free wifi Renovated bathroom with walk in shower. Fully equipped kitchen. Free parking located close by. All linens and towels are provided. Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses, and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away form the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Experience the comforts of home as you experience aloha! Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.

Gorgeous condo, in the midst of paradise.
My daughter, son and I had the most wonderful experience at turtle bay estates. The room was so clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend it to anyone who would like to stay in Hawaii. It was easy and stress free. We will be staying there again someday, I just know it.

Protea 1-bdrm downstairs unit
Good location, parking not too far away, but the unit itself was very basic with just the "required" necessities. There was a regular drip coffeemaker but no coffee for even the first day. There was a mini bar of soap in the bathroom; sink was newer and nice. In the kitchen, a mini bottle of dish soap & a wet dish sponge laying inside the sink--I wasn't sure if the sponge was what the previous guests used to wash their dishes with, or if the cleaners used it to clean the sink so I used very hot water and soap to wash it out before using it for our dishes. Suggestions: a new, unopened dish sponge, a little coffee, and bedroom curtains that filter out the outdoor building lighting. We were not in the unit much since we were in a golf tournament with a group so it provided an adequate place to sleep and shower.

Very Happy
his is my 3rd rental at Turtle Bay and we enjoyed our stay. The unit is just as depicted, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything needed to prepare meals for the family. Air con in the bedroom and lounge was so appreciated as summer in Hawaii is HOT. Fans alone are not enough. The bedroom is a good size with comfortable King bed. Also love the fact that unit has own washing machine and dryer. The only suggestion to the owner would be to replace the sofa sleeper as its an older model and not very comfortable. The sliding doors to the lanai also need attention as they are difficult to open. This was brought to the attention of the property managers office while we were there. Apart from these minor things we had a great time. Loved the pool and quiet setting to totally relax. Dined at Leilei's which was soooo good.

My first vacation to Hawaii was amazing. Turtle Bay was the perfect place to stay, it had everything we needed. I will definitely stay at Turtle Bay again on my next vacation to Hawaii.

30th Birthday Getaway
The rental was nice and clean definitely worth it. Convient Location to everything. Would definitely reccomend this property and will be renting with them again.

Great Location
This was a perfect home base to explore and enjoy the north shore of Oahu. The condo was neat and clean. There was a nice view of the golf course and it was close to the tennis courts and pool. The unit had air conditioning and ceiling fans in both the master bedroom as well as the living room area. The master bedroom had a full size bed and the mattress wasn't the most comfortable that I've slept on but it was adequate. The couch in the living room had a pull out sleeper mattress which was also not overly comfortable. All in all, however, we would consider using this rental again. The price was great and the location was excellent with easy access to beaches and north shore activities.

We loved this spot.Handy to highway and beaches.Found the Turtle Bay resort beach tough on the feet.Liked other beaches much betterKeys, codes, fob made everything very accessible.Lumpy mattress on the sofa bed.

Air con was operating big noise since not good sleep during Air con was operating. Need to improve! Also, Ceiling fun and TV were broken as battery missing of controller in bed room.

Needs work
1. Under the Kitchen sink flooded. We had to turn off the water and call the after hour number because it was in the evening. We could not use the kitchen sink all evening because no one could come until the next morning.
2. We didn't know what time the maintenance man was coming so we had to wait. I finally called the office and they said about 11:30. We waited for him to come which wasted our vacation time. It was very inconvenient.
3. The patio screen door cannot close well which is probably the reason for all the bugs that was flying around.
4.Ants in the bathroom and in the living room. There was an infestation of ants in one of the chairs. We took it out into the patio and sprayed it with the bug spray that was provided. It didn't really take care of the problem.

As usual everything was perfect. The condo was excellent and we had everything we needed. We had a fantastic time there and we have been telling our friends and family how wonderful it is out there and they should go to ETB should they want to have a great time at Turtle Bay.

Perfect
A perfect place to stay to get away from it all. Very clean with all the amenities we needed. Quiet location yet close enough to do everything we planned. We will be staying there again on our next vacation. Hope that we get the same condo. Thanks to everyone there.

Relaxed Stay
As a family group we have rented for over 14yrs at Kuilima and have been in over probably 15 different units. This is a good example of the one bedroom units that is good for one person or a couple. The wifi/internet did not work here but I was able to piggyback off of another close by unit.

Roaches to Remember
Beautiful location but can't seem to pass the roach experience. I had counted around 10 roaches that I had get rid of. We called to have them spray. When returning to our room, we noticed a spray can (Raid) was left on kitchen table. Was not sure if they left it for us to do the spraying but we did it anyway. But what bothered me is that they did not even pick up one of the dead roaches that was already there before we left the room. Still have pictures on my phone if you'd like me to share it with you.

Nice place
Condo was nice. Perfect size for what we needed. Clean but could use a bit more updating especially in the bathroom. Kitchen well stocked with utensils and plates but could use a kettle for hot water. Good location and easy to get in and out. Furniture adequate but not too comfy if sitting for a while.

Great Stay at Turtle Bay!
Condo was very nice...Right along the gjolf course with great view...Was NOT happy with the $100.00 cleaning fee, especially when we were TOLD to make certain we ran the vacum, and clean the condo BEFORE WE wife would have done that anyway, but the only thing left for the cleaning staff was to put the towels in the dryer...Had a great stay...Would do it all over fact, we tried on seven occasions to call the management company to see if there were any condos for sale that we could look at, but all we kept geting was a recording...Other than, the two concerns, we had a absolute super time and would reommend Turtle Bay to everyone who does NOT want the crazy downtown Honolulu lifestyle all night...This was my 29th trip to Hawaii,and we always stayed at the Outrigger...

Good room to stay in for the price. Can hear the people upstairs with kids running around but not enough that I couldn't sleep.

just a few things needed
good stay. unit really needs more bath towels and really, really needs beach towels. guests come to go to the beach, give them some towels. small beach chairs would be a nice touch. finally, a small fan for a very hot bathroom is needed.

Love Turtle Bay and The Estates of Turtle Bay!
I absolutely love staying at the condos in Kuilima. Cindy and the staff at the Estates of Turtle Bay are just awesome! I would recommend that the television in unit 114 be replaced, but other than that my stay-cation was just what I needed :)

I completed and gave the comment card o the property manager when turning in our keys and I had a lot to say about this terrible unit, 114W. Needless to say, the owner has not bothered to inspect the property for YEARS!!!! The unit was filthy, musty smelling, had peeling paint, dirty walls throughout the unit,
