Situated in Palm Island, this attractive villa for $964 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Located at Property Manager on Florida’s Southwest Gulf Coast. No bridges or causeways to the island exist, which ensures a relaxed, tropical vacation setting. The island resort encompasses a two-mile portion of private, pristine beaches on the northern end of Palm Island. Guests travel to the island via car ferry and park their car in our island parking area. Transportation is provided by our bell staff and golf carts are also available for rent for registered guests. Enjoy access to one of the 5 heated pools, plus hot tub and gas BBQ grills. Tennis courts available for play and always complimentary. Our recreation center, Coconuts, offers a variety of rentals to include golf carts, bicycles, kayaks and beach umbrellas. A full service concierge can also arrange for everything from massages to fishing charters. Be sure to catch a Pirate Show with the resort’s own Red Beard the Pirate. Join a complimentary water aerobics class, nature walk or yoga on the beach when scheduled. Whether you wish to spend your time with us on the go or taking it slow, you’re sure to enjoy your new Memories at the Speed of Old Florida.

GREAT Experience
My husband and I visited for the first time in February 2022. We had one of the most peaceful and relaxing vacations. We stayed in a Beach Villa - highly recommend it. The views were amazing. Loved sitting on our screened in porch. I asked Dan, a very knowledgeable and helpful, golf cart valet if the island is always so quiet? He said it is!!:) If you are looking to sit at the pool or the beach with not a lot of people, this is your place! Plan ahead of meals. There is a Publix very close to the island. Rum Bay is the only restaurant on the island serving lunch and dinner. You can take a short boat ride to Leverocks. I can't speak to that restaurant, we never tried it. Also, taking your car over to the ferry is easy. We choose to stay on Palm Island during our entire stay. The island is also quiet at night, if you are looking to "live it up" with a festive atmosphere, this isn't your place.

30 years of fun
Our family (approx. 27 of us), has been going to PIR for 30 years. Each year it gets better and better. The staff, this year, were incredible. My room 3712, was neat clean and very comfortable. Thank you everyone.

Palm Island stays are always relaxation and peace and a way to rejuvenate from our hectic schedule. The unit was clean and well equipped. Our stay was great and we were welcomed by the staff.

Wonderful experience!
The beach villa we stayed in was clean, spacious, had all of the amenities and was in an awesome location to the beach, the Rum Bay, the docks, & the Beach Villa pool. It provided all of the pace the 4 of us needed. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed every minute.

Great Vist to Palm Island!
WE arrived late at night and were welcomed by Maggie who was most informative and helpful. The condo we rented was well appointed, clean and comfortable. With a view of the Gulf, it was simple wonderful.

Perfect vacation
We have been coming to Palm Island for approximately 15 years. This is our 12th visit. I don’t believe we’ve ever stayed in this unit before but it is beautiful. Very nice kitchen and updated bathrooms. Close location to coconuts and the restaurant.

Had a great time in PI, and the unit was perfect! Very nicely updated and very close to the restaurant and store. Would definitely book this unit again in the future!

Beautiful and Private
We booked this as a last minute getaway this summer. It was so good next time we'll stay much longer. It was clean and comfortable with amazing views. The only thing we did not like was that there is only one restaurant on the island. Since the unit has a full kitchen and there are grills available we will have to plan around that.

Beautiful unit with gorgeous view. Well decorated, amazing appliances in kitchen - just perfect! Palm Island is so peaceful and beautiful - can't say enough about what a wonderful place to go for a relaxing vacation.

Great place to get away and stay safe during pandemic
We had a great time, collecting shells, seeing the sunset, swimming in the gulf , and hanging out. The unit was nice and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. Renting a gold cart was fun.

Great Villa at Palm Island
We've been coming to Palm Island for nearly 25 years. For this visit, we came for a few days to get away. This villa was perfect for our family of 4. Great view and access to the beach, very clean, everything worked, etc. Also liked the short walk over to Rum Bay restaurant and Coconuts.

Perfect getaway
What a wonderful getaway. The exclusivity of the island provides a private-island-like experience. The villa was clean and exuded tropical vibes in a modern setting. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. We will definitely stay again.
