Loads of room. There are lots of things to do in the villa and in the area. Easy walk down to the port where there are lots of bars and restaurants.

Some items need an update. The hob took ages to heat up. There are a few issues with the plumbing.

A good sized secure property which easily accommodated our family of 8. Grounds also a good size, both back and front. I counted 45 places outside where it was possible to sit or lounge! I know, makes me a bit sad! Plenty of parking space. 10 minute walk to the old centre of Marseillan. Swimming pool clean and warm (7th - 14th June). Well equipped villa and lots of the basics already there - herbs, spices, oils etc. 2 big supermarkets 5 min drive and lots of "proper" food shops in the old town. Air con did its job, much needed as in the low 30s on a couple of days. You will need a car to get to the local beaches. Everyone said they had had a very good week.

The road outside the front is quite noisy, not helped by there being a road hump directly outside. Nothing that can be done about that, just be aware. My son-in-law, an electrician, said that the wiring was old and tired, but we had no problems. Something the owners should bear in mind perhaps. Wifi did not work until day 4 of the week, but this was due to the broadband supplier, not the owners, who fixed it as soon as they could. Three of the group were in the lower level and said it felt very damp first thing in the morning.

Great location, short walk to Marseillan port and restaurants and a short drive to the beautiful beaches at Sete. Villa is extremely well equipped both inside and out, pool table, bbq, trampoline etc-perfect for a family holiday!

Air conditioning in main bedrooms. We did not touch the controls as instructed, but it didn't appear to be working very well at night.

The house was clean & spacious. Self check-in was very easy and comunication, with the host was very good.

Spacious house equipped with everything you need. Nice swimming pool. The local manager was very friendly and helpful. We had a great holiday, highly recommended.

The size of the rooms

A/c didn't work at all in double bed at back of house,also shower in this room stayed on very hot A/c in rest of house adequate but not the best House size and pool really nice
