The hotel was in a good location. It was very clean.

Cannot beat the convenient location to the Arnhem Centraal train station. We walked to the Operation Market Garden Bridge Museum and all around the old town area. We walked a ways to the Open Air Museum (terrific and a lovely walk through a park).
We took a bus to the Kroller- Muller Art Museum (fabulous art collection) from the bus/train station just steps away from the hotel. The hotel is very close to good restaurants. Our twin room was snug but the beds were comfortable, the shower very good. Breakfast was lovely on the top floor with an excellent view.

Die Buchung bei booking.com war schlecht..
NIEMALS Bezahlung 3 Tage vorher wählen.
Die Abbuchung hat trotz Kontodeckung nicht funktioniert und Instant storniert. Nach erneutem Buchen für 150€ mehr bei einer Person weniger, konnte ich die Reise dennoch antreten..

Breakfast ran short of many food items. No bathroom available in the reception area which was inconvenient.

Ideale locatie in centrum arnhem. Parkeergarage (tegen betaling) tegenover hotel. Geen last van stadsgeluiden of andere hotelgasten. Prima ontbijt op de 6e etage.
Lekker sushi restaurant naast het hotel.
Ik vindt 16,50 euro voor ontbijt aan de dure kant voor wat je krijgt. Op zich prima, maar voor dit bedrag mag je nog wel net wat meer verwachten.
Kamer voor 3 personen wel aan de kleine kant. 3e slaapplek is op zich prima, maar hierdoor geen ruimte meer voor de stoel en tafeltjes.

The hotel is so convenient, comfortable and quiet, well worth the cost!
Can't think of anything - it would be great to have coffee in the room and a gym on site but I realise this is asking a lot!

Everything, including free WiFi. Good breakfast with good choices. Staff is very good and even recognize me. Location is perfect for travelling by public transport. City center full of dining options is hundred meters away and is a nice walk.
A bit pricey, so I can't go too often when I am in the area (weekly). Pity, as this is definitely an excellent choice for work-related stay

Dicht in het centrum. Auto vlakbij kunnen parkeren. Heerlijk kunnen shoppen, borrelen en eten met vriendinnen. Alles op loopafstand te doen en genoeg kroegjes en restaurants in de buurt.

Een toplocatie, midden in de stad. De Griek (Rhodos) is een aanrader vlakbij het hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Vanuit je bed lekker tv kijken.
De koffie in de ochtend, dus koffie gehaald bij de Spar om de hoek.

Ramen kunnen niet open. Ik boekte een nacht erbij en moest weer toeristenbelasting betalen.

Walk in shower - hot and good flow
Lack of real wardrobe which wouldn’t have mattered if hooks were around the room. Traveling in winter means coats and jacket so this would be helpful

Erg krappe kamer, daarmee nauwelijks ruimte voor de (geopende) koffer, niet voorzien van een stoel om te zitten of voor kleding. Niet erg hygiënisch, onze kamer 518 rook heel erg naar urine ??

Goede locatie, fris ogend en opgeruimd hotel. Met vragen kun je terecht bij het personeel. Uitchecken is heel gemakkelijk door kaart in bak te gooien.

Location was fantastic right next to train station and local shops including McDonald's for quick food.
Staff were very helpful and nothing was must trouble I'd definitely recommend
Room was dark could do with more lighting No wardrobe to hang clothes no bedside tables no tea or coffee just a room with comfy beds and a nice bathroom.

Freundliches Personal. Die Lage, da direkt am HBH( Parkhaus im HBH), trotzdem sehr ruhig. Rooftop Bar.
Leider nicht sauber. Zimmer spartanisch eingerichtet. Leider kein Wasserkocher, was in NL ja eher typisch ist. Das übelste jedoch: Ein sehr schmales und breites Fenster, was das Zimmer sehr dunkel hält, und öffnen lässt es sich leider auch nicht.

Good location right beside the train station and the old section of town. Professional, helpful front desk staff. Good breakfast buffet. Room was very quiet, given the location. Roof-top patio and bar is nice, with great views.
Typical Ibis hotel. There was literally no desk in the room to do work. Had to use the tiny stool and minuscule bedside table, with limited plug-ins available for computers, phones, etc. For the extra cost, Ibis should provide a minimum amount of tables, chairs for work.
