A dream vacation! We stayed in the the executive suite wich was an absolute heaven. The most important thing to mention is the service in the hotel- we stayed in many fancy resort around the world, but this type of service we never experienced. The intire team did an amazing job, but above everyone was Daria. She is the type of person that makes you fell like everything is doable, and she is one of the main reasons we had such a great time in the hotel. Daria you are the best.

We traveled to Rhodes for a special occasion and the best thing was booking this hotel! We got upgrated to the presidential suite and it was amazing. Big room, great view with a huge private pool and jacuzzi, a bottle of wine, fruits and a cake waiting for us in the room which was very thoughtful. Very comfortable bed, spotless clean all over. Breakfast was fresh with a verity of options. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Daria. Will love to stay again!

The Presidential suite was fantastic.
So much space with a private spa and large private pool. Plenty of outdoor furniture to lounge on.
Comfortable bed and pillow menu available.
Housekeeping were very attentive and changed the sheets daily.
Beautiful views of the ocean.

Overall: very good stay, great staff, nice location if access to the beach with ultra-clean water is your priority.
+ Great staff. Very helpful and polite, no complaints at all. Multilingual too, btw!
+ Beach. Very clean water, 100 meters away from the main building or so. Not too easy to get there with a stroller/wheelchair though!
+ Food was quite good, the room itself was good price/quality and always very clean.
+ Location. Getting to the island's capital city is a 10-minute taxi ride or an hour "hike" (half of which is actually quite picturesque), other key places for a tourist are not too far away either (max 1-1.5 hour drive, I'd say)
In short, it's no an ideal selection for a family with small kids.
- The kids' playground is quite small. If you have small kids (<3 years old), there won't be too many facilities for them.
- it's not a sandy beach! Pebble and small kids are not a perfect combo. The closest sandy beach is in another city.
- Even with an all-inclusive package you'll have to pay for drinks separately. Yes, even non-alcoholic.

The view, huge room, clean everywhere, staff always happy and welcoming, service was outstanding including late room service. From the second we got out of the Taxi our stay was perfect! Also worth a trip next door to the main hotel, big roof top area with pools and bar.

Everything was perfect. The rooms were large with great views. The facilities and breakfast were excellent. The location is close to lots of tavernas I'm case one wants to venture out for dinner

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was huge, the private pool was much bigger than expected - it was a bit too cold to be in the water but even sitting next to it on the lounge chairs and looking at the beach view was so nice. The hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the room was kept clean, the shower was amazing, we got a fruit basket and bubbly wine when we checked in and honey and olive oil when we checked out. It was so lovely. Facilities were nice and not many people around since it was early in the season. Breakfast was good and had lots of options.

We were in a room with pool, the room is small for 4 people (two adults and two children), the sofa bed is very uncomfortable to sleep on. Children are not allowed to use floty at swimming pool.

Wonderful hotel, the Elite Suites are incredible, the private pool and deck was fantastic. We didn't want to leave the room! 😆

An amazing hotel, the suite was incredible. Spacy and fun to hand by the pool. Full privacy and really quite. The staff was amazing!! Everybody we're so kind and caring. The compliments they give in the room and during our stay were great and tasty.
The food is very good and also the live music and shows during dinner. We really had the best time and come back for sure. Special thanks to the supervisor of the suits Daria, you're amazing!

The Elite Suites Rhodes bay is a wonderful place to stay. Direct access to the beach with the own area for the Elite Suites. The room was wonderful. Huge bed. Fantastic drench shower and of course our own deck and pool. Would recommend this hotel 100% for a little luxury that is definitely worth the money. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The facilities overall are Superb! Crystal clear pool, very clean room, amazing facilities, breakfast and dinner was amazing. Immediate response and help to any questions or issues you may have. The personnel was super friendly and more than supportive and qualified, very helpful.
The waterfront was organized and very clean both for couples, individuals and families. Safe facilities, parking space available, walking around the pools, Spa facilities, and open spaces is easy and safe.
I sincerely liked the fact that the personnel working in this facility are all employed by the facility and not working for an external contractor. This means that local people are working there and have a good, long-term and stable position meaning no sign of HORECA labor exploitation.
The idea of "blocking" sunbeds by using towels in areas where they supposed to be used by the Suite tenants.

Suite with private pool - very quiet and comfortable room.
The hotel has a very good location, close to Rhodes centre. The room is very comfortable and the private swimming pool is fabulous. On arrival you get a bottle of champagne as a welcome gift in your room.
What sets this hotel apart from many others is the exceptional staff. Very helpful, they provide an excellent service. The Receptionists, the Cleaners as well as the Staff members of the restaurant Varkarola; they are all very friendly. A reason to come back here.
The restaurant Varkarola offers excellent quality meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I will definitely come back and look forward to seeing the staff again.
The bed was not comfortable, otherwise nothing at all!

The view from the higher floors is exceptional. The room has everything you could wish for and the bed was extremely comfortable. It’s great having your own pool, which is cleaned daily. The staff are so welcoming and very professional, they can’t do enough for you. All COVID requirements were met with ease.

Our original room which we paid a lot of money more. The photos on booking.com looked a lot better than the actual room.
