dirty, lots of dust, cracked cups and glasses, only one mirror in whole apartment, uncomfortable beds,

send to wrong apartment my guys traveled 6 hours and this was not a good start after driving this far

I have been sent photos of the bedding the broken items the bed base the cleanliness was not good at all

There was bed bugs in the bed and sofa,which did not allow us to sleep at all, when we complained and asked for an alternative accommodation none was made available and on a weekend we could not locate any alternative. Some one was supposed to come and do chemical treatment of the bed and sofa on alternate days and we were not supposed to use the rooms for 4 hours the person was supposed to come by 12 noon came by 4 pm so kept on waiting for him and could not use the bedroom till 8 and then no one came the next day for treating the sofa, even after the treatment the bed bugs were still there spoiling our sleep. Because of the delay there was certain residual effect which lead to asthma attack for my 72 year old mom,. The beds are loop sided and uneven surface because of that my mom rolled down on the floor this is really a safety issue,had see sustained a Fracture it would have been a disaster for all of us,on top of that they offered a 30 pound compensation for the entire stay for the bed bug problem which is like rubbing salt on the wounds as I had paid around 750 pounds for the 6 day stay, I think this room should be taken down from every booking site as no one should face a similar problem, Keys were returned to the locker with the number lock as received but latter on got a phone call that we have not returned the keys which is again a blame game as we have done as instructed but the people managing the services did not go and saw the keys but rather phoned us that we have lost the keys

nothing I liked because I didn’t even stay in property have so many more pictures if someone needs proof I waste all my money

everything the most disgusting house I ever seen in my life and 100% I will never use Booking.com as well. not even one person is supportive they show something give something else the house was like not even animals can stay

I’d probably replace the mattresses, they are clean just a little thin and uncomfortable
