Beautiful 1 bed suite apartment, everything was new, spotlessly clean, luxury furnishings. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, staff were lovely, location is very central and easy to find.
The pool area was being painted so closed but I expect that was only for a few days.

Struttura bellissima, sembra di stare in un hotel di lusso al prezzo di un b&b
non saprei cosa scrivere, era tutto perfetto. sarebbe bellissimo ci fosse la colazione in hotel (la colazione è disponibile nel bar di fronte all’hotel ma non è all’altezza).

Le stanze sono in realtà dei piccoli appartamenti accessoriati di tutto. Il letto è comodo, l'acqua della doccia super calda, la biancheria di qualità. La piscina molto bella e ben tenuta anche se fuori stagione. La cosa però che fa davvero la differenza in questa struttura è la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff che si è prodigato per soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta e aiutarci in ogni modo. (La comunicazione avviene principalmente tramite chat, ma in maniera tempestiva)
Ottima la posizione in pieno centro.
I piccoli difetti della struttura vengono ampiamente messi in ombra dalla cura che il personale ha nei confronti degli ospiti.

It was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Just as it looked in the photos. The staff were attentive and thoughtful.
It was the nicest property on the street. Some of the others were a bit rough. An extra bath mat would have been useful

Alojamiento que es un 10. Bien situado, con una decoración cuidada al detalle. Cocina completa con todo lo que se puede necesitar. Aparcamiento fácil en la calle (zona azul), parking de pago a 7 min andando. Sin duda repetiré cada vez que vaya a Jerez.

Nice & clean room. Pool area nice to relax around when back from sightseeing. Helpful staff, let us leave our bags as we’d arrived early from Cadiz. Great communication from owners. Ideal location for walking there from train/bus station & about a 10 min walk into the old town.
Shower didn’t drain very well so floor got wet!

Very modern, luxurious suite in an excellent location. Very welcoming host, smooth check in. We asked to check in early and it was accommodated. The pool was right beside our room and was quiet and beautiful.

Location was good and easy to find a parking nearby the hotel. We took the hotel as they have swimming pool and near the airport as we are travelling back the next day.

Beautiful apartment, really well furnished with everything you could need. Lovely common and pool area. Great location close to the train station and the town. Our host was lovely and super friendly and helpful, even when our train was delayed by 3 hours!

Well equipped, smart, clean and comfortable. well located just a few minutes walk from the main centre attractions, bars, restaurants etc. Also just a 10 minute walk (with luggage) from the train station.

Everything was great and staff were very helpful. They messaged us before stay to make sure we knew how to get there etc!
Shower was a bit cold and they couldn't sort it for us. It was actually quite cold (for Jerez) at this time of year so would have been nice to have it a bit warmer!

Everything! This place is a charming boutique hotel / collection of suites. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and the beds and shower was fantastic. The pool courtyard is cosy and private with lots of areas to hang out. The lady at reception was so lovely and welcoming she made our stay perfect !

Quiet location and good facilities with small pool as bonus.
Bathroom had poor extraction and hence towels and floor stayed wet, improving this would make big difference. Additional shelfing for toiletries would also help.
