It was fine for a conference base
Clean and cosy, easy heating controls, good sized f/freezer (but door would have been better hinged on the other side), proper dining table, comfortable sofas and beds, non- slip bath mat, good shower
Poor maintenance- kitchen tap very wobbly- probably about to fall off! Bedside lights not working as needed re-charging None of the upstairs doors closed properly and bathroom lock not working We advised Pillow Partners that we were coming as two couples yet the beds were all made up as singles No coffee maker as promised Kitchen poorly equipped- cupboard & drawer very disorganised and messy and only 3 cereal bowls & 2 small saucepans for the 4 of us plus tin opener broken

Overall served out needs just fine. Price was very good and the apartment overall was without major issue.
Clean and cozy. Well appointed. Good location to walk anywhere in Ipswich. Very good price point.
Location is in a slightly sketchy area. Never had any issues, but definitely lock the door when you leave. Parking is not always available and requires a bit of a walk (1-2 blocks). Stairs are very tight and steep so care needs to be taken carrying heavy luggage up to the bedrooms. Or when going downstairs at night in the dark be careful. Light remote controls are confusing and overly complex for simple lights. The kitchen sink faucet is loose and needs to be tightened.

Passable
The property was was well equipped and the management vompany responded quickly to a problem with a smoke detector.
No on site parking, despite details saying there was. Steep narrow stairs to 1st floor not mentioned in details maybe difficult for someone with mobility problems. Noisy neighbours across from property and busy road made sleep in front bedroom difficult.

Superb
The decor, facilities and cleanliness were excellent. Also it was only 4 mins walk from the Waterfront where views were great & food & service at Isaacs were fabulous.
There was nothing we didn't like. Maybe the fact no parking directly outside property but NCP car park 2 mins walk, £8.25 for 24 hours at time of stay.

A few small hiccups but I would still recommend this property.
Location Excellent- only a short walk to center. Host has the rooms decorated lovely with paintings, cushions etc. Nice little patio area in the back and had our breakfast there every morning and a few drinks one evening too. We were lucky and got parking around the corner which was very handy. Kitchen well stocked with all equipment even a washing machine.
The Bed was not made into a double/king despite requesting this specifically upon booking (saw in another review it wasn't made up too) There wasn't towels left for our 5th person. There was no sheets or duvet cover for the sofa bed and the bedding for the sofa bed (pillow & duvet) was thrown into the downstairs cupboard on top of the vacuum and dustpan and brush. The mop bucket was full of dirty water was also in there. Needless to say we did not use these! I did contact host by email and they were extremely prompt and got code for a storage box in the house with clean sheets and we used these.

Perfectly adequate
The house had everything we needed and it was easy to get the keys. There was a convenient shop very close by to get kitchen roll and breakfast supplies.
It was 4 single beds when we had booked for 2 couples, and the house was much smaller than we expected from the photos. It was also a bit further from the town centre, shops and restaurants than expected. The blinds don't shut out any light, so best to bring an airplane mask to sleep!

CLAUSTROPHOBIC HOUSE
Location is okay
Really bad experience. Property was dirty dust and spider webs everywhere. Our check in time was at 15:00, when we arrived the cleaning lady was still there, haoss!? She said she will need more time to get the house clean , so actually we was able to check in at 17:00. We lost two hours . Lots of demages everywhere. Was really bad experience. The room sizes very very claustrophobic. We paid lots of money. But was not worth it . Don't stay there . Will add some pictures.

Dirty. Didn’t want to touch anything.
The apartment was set out well.
It was really dirty and dusty and had old food spills everywhere and even old tablets and nail clippings on the floor. The floors were so dirty.
