Lovely house and was very spacious and super clean

The owners/ cleaners- not sure who they were- turned up half an hour before we needed to check out and just sat outside the window watching us until we left. Was very awkward and made us feel quite uncomfortable. They didn’t introduce themselves or say hello. Just sat there watching us

Smelt clean when we entered , nice big house spa pool.

The heat pump in the lounge did not work and it was winter! The bed in the master bedroom was hard like a rock! No extra towels and no face cloths. No surface spray to clean the kitchen bench! and hardly any cooking utensils like no masher or flipper! lights in one room didn’t work and no working lights in the lounge so used the lamp and that flickered continuously. nice house but obviously not up to scratch for the money very disappointing

Quiet location and great facilities in the house

The beds were hard both me and my husband ended up with sore backs.

Quiet location, clean house, lots of space, hot tub was a bonus.

the location was great

it wasn’t clean and there wasn’t enough towels we had to do a load of towels when we got there as they where all in the shed. couldn’t park in the shed and the cleaners turned up before 10am which I found very disrespectful

A HUGE house. Heaps of space. Quiet location. Very modern. Spa was great (once we figured out how to use it). Very clean. Decent location - easy drive to town, but far enough away to be away from the bustle and away from the sulphur smell of Rotorua itself. Easy checkin and checkout process.

More oven dishes and serving dishes were needed. Some beds were very hard.
