Beautiful setting just steps from the lake and Malecon. Comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful landscaping. Terrific staff.

I couldn't get the bathtub to work which was a big letdown for me as I was looking forward to a soak.

The location was superb. It's quiet and serene. It's so beautifully decorated, with comfortable furniture inside and out inside and and out, that you feel very relaxed. Sitting outside and reading with a cup of tea until after sundown, while enjoying the lovely landscaping in such gorgeous weather was a balm. Having a kitchen allowed us to have leisurely breakfasts after a trip to the local market. I came to the region quite I'll and I was on serious antibiotics. This location was the ideal place to unwind and recuperate after taking in the breathtaking beauty of Lake Chapala. We loved the easy access to the Malicon. It made walking into town easier with our physical challenges. We were able to easily walk to the town Centro. Overall, this was my favorite stay in two weeks of travel in the region. It's just private enough to truly unwind. My phone wasn't getting a proper signal, so I didn't get checked in until we arrived, but I liked the process and it would have simplified things if it wasn't for my technology hiccup. If possible, I will certainly return.

The Booking information through this app/website has the wrong address. It sent an automated message, saying it was at 39 instead of 34 (or vice versa?) It really confused our driver from Guadalajara and several locals he asked for directions, until we asked for directions in Spanish through the app and someone sent a message. Even so, I would stay here for ages if I could. It was worth the effort.

Fantastic location.

Sloppy uncaring management as follows. 1.Instructions to access the property provided the wrong codes. 2.No hot water until the gardener replaced the batteries in the boiler. 3.Blocked kitchen sink which took 4 requests and attempts to unblock. Once cleared it then leaked onto the kitchen floor. Sink water discharge onto the lawn in front of the casita See photo5 4.Not enough inventory, plates, cups, cutlery etc.for 4 people. 5.3 sunbeds for 12 people. 6. Tepid water temperature at the kitchen sink after wasting 20 minutes of running water and no means to boil water. 7. Shower door not closing, poor cleaning and paddling as the drain was partially blocked. See photo. 8. Torn and threadbare sheets and pillow cases See photo. Simple checking of facilities prior to a guests arrival would have identified these problems however some were long term problems that the none existant "property manger" should have resolved long ago.

The location is excellent and the house is well equipped and located on a serene street.

The house does not have air conditioner.
