Tremendous

It's always been tremendous experience staying at 7K Heights Murree. Located on Excellent posh area of Murree. Neet and clean environment. Nice hospitality by the management specially the Owner Mrs. Qamar, remarkable customer care dealing, immediate response to guests to resolve the query. Easy market access. Beautiful mountain view from staying rooms. I strongly recommend 7K Heights for staying in Murree, your trip to Murree will not be completed if you will not stay at 7K Height.

Needs maintenance of room if Owner is charging handsome rent

Attending staff Waseem and Sweeper Pasha kept sleeping in the rooms which rooms are for clients and guests, no room cleaning, kitchen was really a mess-up, cloths were hanging on steel grill of stairs, carpets were burnt with iron marks on it no whitewash no maintenance of rest house, dirty curtains

As far as environment is concerned,it was peaceful place without any noise,,,good sleeping place...

There was no cleanliness in the room,referegerator, electric kattle was very smelly,,,iron was not available although it was added in the package😏😏 we have to suffer a lot due to unavailability of iron,,,we could not use our all dresses and have to repeat unintentionally 2 dresses...the staff was very lazy,, 🦥

Very good

The views from the room were just amazing. On walking distance from Pindi Point and Mall Road. Far from the rush of mall road. The staff is amazing and friendly. Android LED with high speed internet.

The washrooms were clean but the accessories installed in the washrooms were a bit dirty.

A Chilly stay in Murree winters 🥶

Staff was Co operative it's Just they refused to give gas cylinder heater earlier but later upon request gave it to us for some time. Bed sheets and towels are clean. Large studio style rooms are also on availability. Geyser available and hot water. ONE SUGGESTION HAVE AN ELECTRIC HEATER WITH YOU IN BAG ELSE COME IN SUMMERS.

The roomsde lack central heating and very cold its very hard to find the location if you're coming first time. There is no Possible way for heating room except a small gas cylinder that is given much after repeated insisting. There was a power cut but the hotel didn't had any backup generator or reserve.

Not good place to stay

Balcony view was good mall road and chair lift was near by.

The room was very cold they gave us very small heater. The kitchen had no Gass. The kitchen sink wasn't working. They wasn't any table for dining. They was no iron no electric cattle. The bed mattress was very un pleasant to sleep it was very hard and smelly. .

A Wonderful Weekend

Staff member Pasha was an amazing help and company, the tea he made was to die for and he would readily run all the way to Mall Road for you. Everything was managed perfectly and hot water was readily available. The rooms were great.

The lack of a heater, it would have been much more comfortable to have an electric heater at night as it got very chilly.

It is a quite good place to stay. Clean rooms with good view & friendly staff. Just the way to the entrance of the hotel should be improved otherwise everything is fine

Exceptional

we enjoyed alot stay at 7k heights. They are just amazing. Views from their rooms are amazing. I recommend please visit them once you will definitely love it. Staff is very cooperative. I want a decorated room for the birthday and they did it perfectly. I just cant forget that stay. Just want to thanks huma and her managment staff.

Disappointing

Cooperative staff, Mukhtar and Ali. Timely delivery of breakfast. Self occupied. Privacy. Lounge and one room have mountain view. Microwave oven Restaurants nearby

The way to the hotel is a single road with very steep turns. Very much dangerous to drive on that road specially people who came from plain areas. I could not dare to return from that road. Use some connections to pass through military areas for going back. Otherwise I might have to hire a driver for return upto the main road. Parking of car is also very much difficult with steep and narrow turning. I got my side mirror broken during parking the car. The parking place was also away from the house. The entrance to the property is very difficult, kachi and uneven street while two blocks were placed to approach the door of the house. My wife is a patient of Osteoarthritis, and it was very painful to climb through these blocks. No utensils were available, on asking provide six different type of plates and six cups, two types. One cup side was broken while other had hair lines. Out of two bathrooms only one was usable, other one leaked Muslim shower and no warm water. Shower was fixed on the next day, but could not be used due to lack of warm water. The washroom with warm water has no pressure at all in shower. So family could not take bath in two days. Pics of shower attached. GPO was 1.9 km away from house with no option of going there on wheels. For returning from mall road shuttle was available and was used. As per email from booking.com amount was PKR 12,240/ but the attendant asked for PKR14,600/ with no receipt. Not recommended for families specially from plain areas

Good experience overall

Beds were comfortable and rooms were really good.

Cleanliness of the room could be better. Breakfast quality could be better it was very bad. Facilities in the bathroom like shampoo and soaps were missing which should be there.
