Always Reliable and Good Value

Excellent onsen; very nice breakfast

Only gave me one pillow; at other Dormy hotels, they had someone making omelets to order; my room faced a building - no view

とにかく清潔感があり、とても心地よく過ごせました。朝食も満足度抜群です。温泉も良い。ベッドも程よい硬さで枕が自分にとってとても良かった。

風呂上がりのアイスなどの場所が少々わかりにくかったです。

Great hotel in a quiet part of town

The Annex location is on the "quiet" side of town but the bar district is just a street away. The hotel is a little difficult to get to from JR Hiroshima station, so be prepared to do some walking if you will be frequenting the station. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby and the room was very large by Japanese standards.

It is a little far from public transportation

Excellent value for money with onsen

Excellent value for money - quality onsen on the top floor at almost extra cost, free ice cream. Good room design, breakfast was superb, good wifi, restaurants close by in the 'entertainment zone'.

The Dormy Inn Annex is a 10 minute walk east from the Dormy Inn - it is easy to get confused, they are not next door. So it is 15 minutes walk from the Peace Park, there is a Loop bus with nearby stop - and the hotel also has a free shuttle to the train station.

A comfortable hotel with excellent and really helpful staff on reception.

The reception staff were wonderful. I had to seek emergency dental treatment and they went out of their way to help with this, finding several options and making a booking for me. The hotel facilities were good, although rooms were on the small side. We particularly enjoyed the Onsen and we loved the free ice creams afterwards. Great to have clothes washing facilities located in the Onsen so that you could do your washing whilst enjoying the Onsen.

The free ramen were made with a meat stock - it would have been good to have a vegetarian option. The pyjamas provided were synthetic so we didn't use them.

Exceptional

Amazing hotel! The staff are nice, the room was very comfortable and had ample space. The hot spring was a lovely treat after a busy day of travelling. There were also lots of unexpected treats - white peach jelly in the fridge, free ramen noodles in the evening etc. Would highly recommend and would stay again

It is 15-20min walk from Hiroshima station which was a bit much with luggage but very doable!

Great hotel, perfect service, highly recommended.

Great service, did their best to help with anything I needed. The room was very comfortable and had all the equipment I needed. The location was perfect, I walked everywhere by foot, there was plenty of food nearby.

Exceptional

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Nothing I was missing. There was a super nice public Onsen in the hotel (free to use).

While we were having breakfast, the cleaning team went in our room and left the door open when they left. I recognized it because I forgot sth for breakfast and went back to the room. :-/

Hiroshima

Great amenities throughout the building. On site onsen with daily treats in AM and PM. Free nightly ramen with drinks. Free coffee in the AM and lemonade in the afternoons. Has a ride service to Hiroshima station when you book the day before.

Rooms are on the smaller end but still nice. Towels could be offered in the onsen to not have to go back and forward for the room towels. Laundry could be more convenient.

Well located hotel not suited for tattoo-wearing guests

The hotel location is great, the staff is extrememy friendly and the facilities are modern and numerous.

The fact that even small tattoos are not allowed in baths is very outdated, especially considering many other (and far fancier) places do not mind. Regrettable.

Fun New Years weekend getaway with the spouse

Staff was very warm and helpful. Great location next to Peace Blvd. House keeping was great. Comfy pajamas you can wear throughout the hotel. Breakfast was very good as hotel buffets go. Hot spa (Onsen) on the top floor was very nice.

Not much of a view (6th floor). Bed pillows thinner than I like but the staff provided more. The 14th floor onsen does not have a skyline view

Everything needed!

Comfortable and convenient: room, facility, and location very practical, clean, modern, and efficient. Lively streets with lots of restaurants and markets just a couple of blocks away. Close to Peace Park and other sites. Staff friendly and helpful. Onsen a terrific bonus.
