Loved this place - the hotel was impeccable the breakfast was the best we had in Argentina and you felt you were right in the City while being in a quieter safe clean and interesting part of it.

La ubicación y la habitación q escogimos estaba súper amplia
Q tiene balcón y no se puede fumar allí… es ilógico… teníamos q salir a fumar …. Los desayunos pueden mejorar, pocas opciones, el jugo no estaba fresco, le sentí unos grados más altos de fermentación (jugo de naranja) muy poca cantidad, ponían platitos pequeños de quesos no muy variables, las frutas muy frescas, los empleados muy amables. En la habitación no pusieron café, el primer día los solicitamos, y nunca llegó, el segundo día luego de q limpiaron tampoco colocaron café

The swimming pool. Very windy, no view while there is a beautiful pool outside the hotel but apparently hotel guests can’t make use of it. The lying chairs were from poor quality.

It's beautiful property with spectacular views of the water. The staff everywhere in the property is amazing... very attentive, helpful, and cordial. The meal service in LEYNIA was exceptional, and CIEL spa is a beautiful, relaxing spot; again, the staff in both was exceptional. It's an easy walk to very good restaurants, bars, and nightlife.
Not a dislike, just a clarification: Puerto Madero is the eastern-most part of Buenos Aires. It's new and modern... but it is a distance from areas like Palermo, Recoleta, etc.

O hotel é bem localizado, bem decorado, o tamanho do quarto é bom, bonito, a cama confortável, o banheiro é grande e espaçoso, o chuveiro é bom.
Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e prestativos.
Gostamos muito da estadia e com certeza nos hospedaríamos lá novamente.

Fitness and Spa Facilities are great, Pool is also good but the "better" one is reserved for the Residents with apartments in the complex.
No access to the "residents' pool", service at breakfast and restaurant very much depending on who you are served by.

El personal atiende excepcionalmente. Muy agradable toda la estadía. Excelentes los espacios comunes, es un hotel pequeño que tiene de todo y trato cercano que es lo que mas se agradece. Ademas que nos dieron muchas cositas de cortesía y respondieron todas las solicitudes y sorpresas que tenia consideradas para mi esposa.
El SPA los masajes estuvieron un poco fuertes, me dejaron mas adolorido que con agrado. Pero lo asumo como culpa propia el no solicitar que fuese mas despacio.

Прекрасное расположение в районе Пуэрто-Мадеро. Много ресторанов вокруг, длинная набережная для прогулок. Современный отель, новые номера как на фото. Отличный вид на набережную. Очень интересный завтрак. Не так много позиций, но все продукты качественные и по-своему уникальные.

Breakfast was delicious and full of variety. The location was 8 minutes from my conference center. Staff was superb, helpful, and knowledgeable. On my next visit to Argentina, I will most certainly stay at this hotel.

The rooms are spacious and well equipped - even has a lovely little balcony. The staff was exceptional - helpful and friendly! I will definitely stay again next time I'm in Buenos Aires!

The hotel was very stylishly decorated. The room was very large and comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. There was a fantastic mini bar, a coffee machine and we also had a balcony. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful and the location was great - with key neighbourhoods like San Telmo within walking distance. Finally, the breakfast was really nice; great quality and a good range of options.
As we were only there for one night we really have any criticisms; it was exactly what we needed for a last night stopover. Some might criticise the location as it is slightly further away from Palermo and Recoleta. However, we found it super easy to get to other parts of the city and Porto Madero is a really nice neighbourhood to walk around and explore.

Modern hotel in the best and most secure location of Buenos Aires. The staff (Nicolas & Co at the reception; the girls in the lunch room) are second to none. Extremely friendly, helpful, very efficient. This is what a hotel must be.
