Fantastic location, very clean and wonderful staff. Would be pleased to stay here again. Great value for the money.

De accommodatie is in het centrum van de mooie stad Jerez. Alles op loopafstand Het gebouw heeft diverse appartementen. Wij houden van dit appartement no 3 op de 1 ste verdieping omdat het uitzicht en een balkon aan de straat zijde heeft De airco/verwarming is prima.

Omdat wij wat langer blijven zijn de voorzieningen om zelf te koken iets minder.

Las escaleras de acceso son estrechas y con más inclinación de lo habitual. En el primero apartamento había que acceder a la cama después de subir unas escaleras incómodas y en el segundo había un ruido de un extractor, permanentemente

Es pequeño y funcional, tiene todo lo que se puede necesitar y no le falta un detalle. Genial!

Flexibele uitbaters, netjes en vooral dat er sinaasappels werden geplukt voor de deur van het hotel. Zoiets kunnen Noordelingen zich niet voorstellen. Heerlijke plek!

Mancanza di finestre nell'appartamento

Ho prenotato questa struttura fidandomi purtroppo delle buone recensioni. Siamo stati lasciati 4 giorni senza acqua calda in inverno e ogni giorno promettevano di riparare ma non l'hanno mai fatto. La caldaia di tutta la struttura non funzionava e tutti i clienti hanno avuto lo stesso problema. Non offrono soluzioni alternative e a fine soggiorno dopo che ho presentato reclamo a booking.com mi hanno contattato per chat dicendo che mi daranno un piccolo rimborso per il problema solo se non lascio recensione negative. Non ho accettato e ho trovato questa maniera di agire non professionale ma anche scorretta visto che le recensioni devono rispecchiare la realtà. Inoltre l'appartamento era umido,come molti hanno già detto,il riscaldamento non era sufficiente e non viene offerto nessun servizio di pulizia durante il soggiorno contrariamente a quanto scritto su booking.com. Wi fi non ha funzionato i primi giorni e solo dopo un reclamo lo hanno riparato. Abbiamo avuto accanto ospiti che facevano festa fino alle 4 di notte e la struttura non è mai intervenuta per fare rispettare l'orario di silenzio. La reception non è sempre aperta e i servizi sono uguali a un qualunque appartamento nonostante loro scrivono 'aparthotel'. Il personale alla reception non è cordiale quando si tratta di problemi di cui loro sono responsabili. Abbiamo prenotato basandoci sulle recensioni e sul fatto che la struttura appare come nuova ma in realtá presenta tanti problemi che rendono il tuo soggiorno pessimo. Jerez è una bellissima città e ci sono strutture molto valide dove uno può prenotare, sconsigliata al 100%. I booked this property unfortunately trusting the good reviews. We were left 4 days without hot water in the winter and every day they promised to repair but they never did. The boiler in the entire facility was not working and all customers had the same problem. They don't offer alternative solutions and at the end of my stay, after I complained to booking.

La ubicación de los apartamentos era estupenda, en pleno centro y muy bien situado. El personal muy amable y atento. El apartamento muy limpio, bien equipado y acondicionado,y muy tranquilo.

La ubicación, comodidad de las camas, el tener dos baños y la estética.

Nos costó abrir la puerta principal y la humedad en el techo y alguna pared (yo soy alérgica). Se lo comenté a la persona que se encargaba de la reserva pero no se solucionó.

Basic well equipped kitchen and nice to have 2 bathrooms. Brilliant location.

It would have been nice to provide coffee. There were ants in the appartment which meant some food was ruined.

The apartment is well represented on Booking,com. What you see is what you get. You need to mind your head in the bedroom, but that is as shown. It is right in the centre of Jerez, and parking is very close, so perfect spot if you are driving there. We were there, by sheer serendipity (I love horses) during the La Feria, so that made for a great stay. Apartment was very clean, and the owner left some Jerez wine and nibbles, which was thoughtful.

Due to La Feria we had very early hours of the morning arrivals back to other apartments and the noise comes straight in due to the building’s design, but we were only there one night so not a massive issue, and imagine it’s not the norm. Jerez is expensive for everything, and this apartment is more expensive than a lot accommodation on our trip, but if you want to get close to explore the centre of town then it’s not a bad option.

Flexibility, friendliness, convenient location, useful features (at an affordable price). Windows that opened to courtyard with natural light. Internet that worked well, thank goodness! Nice washer/dryer available. My two friends stayed in the same building and that helped me feel safe and easy to make plans. Gold stars to the staff: VERY helpful and they made us very welcome. I stayed alone in a studio with kitchenette but I would return to the same space with my husband.

It is clean and clsic

It is so expansive. There is lamp up the bed, so when you get wake up morning you crash your head with the lamp, you have to chang the location of it.

V small space right on 3rd floor with no lift. Room unfinished in part and all a bit DIY. Bed on mezzanine with steep narrow stairs to access. Some facilities we had to ask for, like a kettle ! Also very noisy building.

Our room was upgraded - we didn’t request, it just happened. Went from a studio to a three bedroom apartment with three bathrooms. Amazing. The showers were great! Wonderful pressure, plenty of hot water and towels. Bed super comfortable.

The one bathroom had an odour of sewage, did not permeate through the rest of the apartment and we were able to just close the door and didn’t notice it anymore.

The apartment was perfect brand new and clean, equipped with everything you need for you stay (towels, hairdryer, hair iron, iron and kitchenware, tv). It's located right in the city center, perfect of you want to visit the main attractions of the city, near many bars and restaurants. The host was very nice and helpful. Completely worth the price, better than the hotels in the area. Recommended

The location was excellent. Take a taxi from the train station for about 5-6 euros because it is located a bit far away and the streets are very confusing. You can walk to the Royal Equestrian School in about 20 minutes and it is not too difficult to do. The place was clean, comfy bed, plenty of electrical outlets, good lighting, warm water and good shower. If you are arriving after 3pm you need to let them know in advance so someone will be there to let you in. No one is there after 3pm unless arranged in advance. They give you a package of ham and a bottle of red wine. There are restaurants and everything is close by. One of my windows wouldn't lock shut and when I complained about it, the owner fixed it that day while I was gone. There are plates, glasses, some silverware (but no sharp knife) and one of those little metal coffee percolators that work well if you have ground coffee, but also there are restaurants close by.

The air conditioner was TERRIBLE and there is no breeze because the windows all face the inner courtyard. My room (#4) was on the second floor and even with the windows wide open, in mid-October, it was too warm in my room. The air conditioner is not aimed at the bed, doesn't have cold air, and just doesn't put out enough power. Also the washers/dryers from below send hot, humid air upstairs. Every day I noticed a few mouse droppings on the floor or on the table, but I never did see a mouse. The place advertises that it has a coffee machine but I have never seen one like it and no one who works there knows how to use it, haha. However, the small percolater on the stovetop works fine.

This hotel exceeded our expectations by FAR. We ended up staying a few extra nights because we loved it so much. The apartment was incredible and had everything we would need. And the wifi was very fast- highly recommend for anyone who works online while they travel. It is also right in the center in a perfect area.
