stale smell of tobacco and old wet dog throughout the caravan. pet hair on living room furniture and sticky handles on kitchen cabinet doors. strange damp musty/drain smell in toilet/shower room as per other review. big bright street light outside bedroom and black out curtain doing its best to block the light. too close to the main clubhouse and “locals” were noisy. overall a very poor experience. the owners are professional and polite and actually gave me a free night which I thought was fantastic. however, upon arriving the extra night didn’t mean a thing. my customer concerns raised were ignored and they insisted on everything being spotlessly clean and no smells existing. no refund was offered very poor so lost £300 as a consequence.

Nothing all very good

Very clean and the host's are very informative giving you great information about everything in the resort. Next to club but ok for disco,can here it but not overpowering. Food available from the club,basic but nice.Campsite clean and tidy and not too far into mablethorpe (about a 15 min walk)Owners couldn't do enough in caravan,left coffee ,tea and a few other items felt very welcoming.

Caravan very clean and tidy but compact,spot on for the rate charged.
