Location. Practicality. Convenient.

The only thing I would like to suggest is to have the ceiling fans clean.

The location was nice. It was quiet.

The smell on the inside was terrible.

Loved everything! Stayed at other villas in the property and this one was nicely remodeled. Location is great. Always my first pick. The beach is fantastic! The pool usually is great, but happened to encounter a breakdown a few days before our arrival near a holiday which delayed timing to complete the repair. Although the pool malfunction was not a positive, our trip included other adventures that didn't rely on the pool this time.

I love this place! Only the little things that could ease the comforts. Especially with 4 people. Needs beach towels. The rooms could use more hooks to hang up things that might not go in a closet on a hanger. We couldn't find an adjustment speed for the dining room fan. The lanai room could use privacy curtains or better shades. None of these things affected my stay. I would return and will in a heartbeat!
