We stayed in this cabinet from Feb 17 to 20. I had an absolutely terrible experience with this condo. When I arrived for check-in, I wasn’t told that there was a delay due to an error in the administration's keyword, which caused me a great deal of inconvenience and frustration. I called the customer service line and waited for 2 hours, but no one answered. At the same time, I texted customer service on booking.com, and they kept giving me the same wrong code to enter. We were waiting in the cold weather outside for two hours.
But that was just the beginning of my problems. When we finally did get into the condo, each of us immediately noticed a strong smell of gas. It turned out that there had been a gas leak that had been going on for three days. I couldn't believe that the management had allowed this to happen for so long without taking any action to address the problem. Even though they came on the last night of our stay finally, but still didn't fix it. For this issue, we must turn off the heater at home when sleeping. That night was freezing, and all of us couldn't sleep well. On the second and third nights, we decided to move the mattress from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor to avoid smelling the gas all night so that we couldn't use that room for two days due to the leaking gas.
Despite the fact that the delay in check-in inconvenienced me and that there was a serious safety issue with the gas leak, the management team did not provide any form of compensation or apology for the situation. And the online customer service kept told that local staff would contact me for compensation, but no one called me over the past ten days. Even though I texted the local staff to follow up the gas issue, he didn't reply. I found this lack of consideration and care for their guests to be incredibly disappointing.
Overall, I would strongly advise against staying in this condo.
