The Location was wonderful and not far from the water.

It was great having a grill and all of the kitchenware we needed. The fire pit was nice to have. The location was good too.
The bath tub was pretty much useless since the hot water runs out before you can even use it.
The dishwasher didn’t really wash the dishes all the way.

The layout was perfect. I had my room with bathroom on one side and my nephew and his family on the opposite side. Well equipped kitchen, large washer and dryer, well msintained.
The couch needs to be updated. It was a little low for my knees...there was a very comfortable chair that I could use.

Access to bikes, kayaks. Decor was cute.
Living room furniture/sofa was not comfortable. Old and saggy. Master bed is too high, but comfy.
