L’emplacement et la propreté étaient top !

ambiente molto pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. Arredo gradevole e facilità di accesso. Luogo silenzioso e molto adatto a famiglie.

Great apartment in the heart of Frascati old town

Room in private shared apartrment right at the centre of Frascati old town. Fantastic location. Shared kitchen and entrance. Old building but fully renovated and very well-kept apartment. The host was living elsewhere but responded quickly via chat/email when I had questions - even late evenings! Nice service. No breakfast provided but plenty of places to have a morning coffee and brioche (or gelato!) right outside.

No complaints at all. 3 floors without elevator may be a bit tough for someone with a heavy suitcase, but I travelled lightly for work so no problem. Also no work desk in the room, but table available in the common living area by the entrance.

Be wary of having an overnight AC battle with fellow guests!

The bathroom in the Roma suite was amazing and was a highlight of the stay here. The room itself was very clean and well furnished. It is very close to the train station, which is easy for getting to and from Rome. We actually really liked this property in many ways and is definitely a firm 8/10. I know I write a lot in the 'dislike' section but we did overwhelmingly like this property a lot, but it's harder to write a lot about the things that went right. Oh, and the host was super friendly and helpful!

The air-conditioning (AC) was good but we didn't know that it was a shared AC between the two different rooms. The Roma room gets quite hot during the summer as it is outward facing so the heat stored in the stone of the building radiates into the room through the night. Thus, we wanted to run the AC into the night. However, the other room (according to the other guests) is quite cool and the AC is uncomfortably cold to run through the night. Therefore, on almost all nights that we stayed there, it was a battle with the other guests to turn on the AC through the night...after which they turned the AC off...which I then turned on. Not too much of a problem but stressful when I wanted to get a good night's sleep before a 30 hour journey home. I would 100% recommend that the property owner gets a cheap sliding shutter for the AC vent in both rooms so that the AC can run comfortably for both rooms. Also, we saw there was a good train connection to Rome but the nearby train station runs hourly and only started running to Rome at 12:35 lunch time, something which we wished we knew beforehand! Also, if you would struggle to carry your luggage up 3 floors then be wary as there is no elevator.

Super lovely hostess

The accommodation is perfectly located in Frascati and can be reached quickly from basically anywhere. The room was always clean and fresh water was available. The air conditioning worked and was individually adjustable. The bathroom and the equipment left nothing to be desired. The wifi always had a very good connection. Especially the communication with Ilaria was great. She has always responded very quickly, sweetly, and helpfully. Thank you very much!

I don't know if I just missed it when booking, but I didn't realize before arriving that there was only one other guest room. The room doors are also curtained glass doors, which was in the end a little bit of an insecurity factor for me. On my last night, the other guests had a very loud and intense argument. Since I was alone with them and only separated from them by a glass door, I was a little uncomfortable. The external bathroom was therefore also a slight disadvantage. But Ilaria can't help that, she is a super hostess and I would recommend a stay at her place (especially for two)!!

Nice big room in the center of Frascati

We stayed one week in ‘Roma’ and the room was bigger than expected! Very friendly host, always available to answer questions. The room was very clean and well maintained during our stay. Great central location in Frascati and a nice common area with kitchen.

The mattress of the bed wasn’t the best we always ended up rolling in the middle of the bed because there was a dip in the middle. However the rest of the furniture was great.. with a walk-in closet!

It's a bit difficult to get to Frascati at night.

The location is very central, the style and facilities of the room are perfect, and I'd like to mention separately the bathroom - it was so beautiful! We stayed in the "Roma" room.

Luxurious, centrally located room

My en-suite room, Rome, was beautiful and the bed really comfortable. The flat is lovely and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is well equipped. The owner is extrenely helpful and available to answer any queries. The central location is fantastic.

6 flights of stairs and no lift to reach the top (3rd floor).

The apparent is gorgeous The location is great, right in the center of Frascati

Just to keep in mind that the superior room is facing the road side and can be noisy when the street gets clean in the middle of the night but that is also part of the experience when you stay in the old town. :-) I would have liked to have more cleaning tools in the appartement, like a kitchen towel to dry your hands and something to clean in case of an accident. An extra available blanket in case someone is cold would also be nice to have.

Superb

Very kind and responsive host, Ilaria replied to all my questions immediately, and also helped me with taxi service in very short notice with reasonable price. Apartment was spotless clean, nicely renovated, with all amenities needed. Bathroom was really amazing and the bed super comfortable. All in all a wonderful stay!

A little bit noisy from nearby piazza di Pietro, but no complaint, with a central location one can expect this.

I was a nice stay.

it was clean, nicely decorated and the person with whom I exchanged from the hotel was very responsive.

The noise. I could hear my neighbour next room very close. No elevator (had to carry up three floors my heavy suitcase)

Lovely time in a beautiful flat. A good place to go for relaxing.

The location was perfect. The owner was always available to reply to any queries on whatsapp which made things super convenient.

The wifi was not very stable but it wasn't bad either.
