Pleasant staff, good location, clean room, average breakfast. Fine for a short stay when flying in or out of Phuket.

Bed was a bit lumpy No shade on the pool

Très bien situé avec tout à pied : très belle à plage ( dommage car pleine de détritus) , restos, 7/11, massages , loc scooter etc. L’aéroport est à 5 minutes en taxi ( 200 bht) Parfait pour arriver ou partir. Piscine immense magnifique sur le toit. Vraiment un moment agréable avant notre retour en France

Nai Yang Beach while being close to airport is a quiet, calm and clean beach with great sand. The hotel is quite new and although basic, has everything we needed

Everything was ‘good’. The hotel is comfortable, good value and has everything you need. The rooms aren’t huge but are well thought out, bed is comfy and again have everything you need. It is like a Thai version of a really great Premier Inn. Location is pretty good for the beach and town - easy walking distance

It was a good pool but the area was a bit soulless and could have been made nicer.

The staff made our stay, they were so friendly and accommodating. (We also lost our key card on the last day and they didn't charge us, khop khun kha!) The rooftop pool is fantastic and Naiyang beach nearby is great. If you're looking for a quieter and more relaxed / beachy vibe then this place is in a good location for this. There is a 7/11 store down the road, less than 3 minutes walk as well as local cafes, restaurants and massage parlours. There is also a local market round the corner, about a 5 minute walk which is on several times a week. We enjoyed the local strip with restaurants, food stalls, massage parlours, souvenir shops and small supermarkets which came to life in the evening especially. It was nice that the restaurants had tables on the beach, perfect for dinner! It's convenient because it's close to the airport, about a 7 minute drive and you can get buses to Patong and the old town from there for 100 baht. The water fountains on each floor are a nice touch, where you can pick hot and cold water and reduces plastic. The overall room and bathroom was a good size and the balcony was nice to have to sit out on, could have had an extra chair since there was two of us.

The rooms are very basic and the safe wasn't attached to anything which kind of defeated the point of having one. Our balcony door detached but someone came to fix it the same day. It would be nice to have a lounge area separate to the breakfast area where you can chill in the evening. The breakfast wasn't veggie / vegan friendly so it would be nice to have more options, and alternative milks as well. They did make us a vegetable fried rice with tofu but it was a bit repetitive having that every morning for 10 days. I felt the rooms are overpriced in comparison to some of the other hotels, and for what they offer since it's very simple. If you're looking for a luxurious place then this is not it since it meets basic needs.

Booked this hotel last minute and the staff were very accommodating and friendly, gave did loads of information of the hotel and surroundings. The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach, supermarkets and food stalls which we were able to eat on the beach.
