the room was nice and clean

I found the payment methods completely inappropriate. I was not asked for an advanced payment, which I would have found fair, but I was forced by the owner to make a bank transfer before leaving the B&B. No option to pay with the credit card was available. One week after my stay I have asked for a receipt of the payment and I am still waiting for it.

We had a great time. The apartment was cozy and big and we had the room with a nice big balcony 😊

Modern and clean rooms. Good bathroom as well.

Bed a bit noisy. Box to leave the checkout keys was too small to fit all the keys of the accommodation.

Clean and spacious room with a beautiful balcony. Easy walking distance to the beach! Our host was very friendly and even helped organise a driver to get us from the airport as we arrived late.

I’ve loved the host- Massimiliano who’ve taken care of us for the whole period of our stay. Place is pretty nice and close to the beach. It had everything we’ve needed.

Everything was excellent

Very nice accommodation that was clean and comfortable. Massi is an excellent host, very helpful and always only a message away. He even drove us on our first day to the local grocery to get some supplies! Couldn't recommend him more!

The host, Massimiliano was an amazing host from the beginning. Within minutes after booking my room he What’s App messaged me asking me if I needed directions on how to arrive. I told him I wasn’t the Palermo airport and he told me which bus to take where to get off, which bus to transfer to, etc. Literally step by step instructions. The room was nice, it had a private bathroom, comfortable bed, and clean. There is a shared kitchen and every room gets their own shelf in the refrigerator. In the kitchen is a coffee maker with complimentary coffee available all day. The apartment is about a 8 - 10 minute walk to the beach. There is a mini market around the corner to get basic needs. I asked them to make me a sandwich and it was delicious. Super simple with just bread, ham, cheese, tomato and olive, but it was amazing. The restaurant Sebastian’s down near the beach served (most likely) the best pizza I have ever had in my life. Soft chewy dough,just the right amount of ingredients and combination of flavors. I had the Parma pizza that had prosciutto, Grana Padano cheese, arugula (aka rocket) and light tomato sauce I would certainly book my stay there again.

If I have to be "nit picky", the room was lacking a table or desk with a chair (or 2) A place to open up my laptop, check emails, read the news with my morning coffee, etc. would have been nice to have. The room is spacious and would have room for it.
