Filthy rooms. Washroom is hygenic. Towel was full of dots and was not washed properly.

Nothing was up to mark.. Room was full of filth. Dirty towels.. Filty bed.

Bcz room was filthy.. The bed awkward and untidy. There was full of dots blanket.. Every where was dust. No tissue paper was provided. The washroom was unhygenic.

Breakfast was 😋 or neatness sa tiyar kiya howa tha breakfast .. staff ka behaviour acha tha .. or room servise b achi thi ..bed .. bedsheet sb acha tha .

Washroom ki tiles itmi neat nhi thi ..or washroom ma paaani girana ka baad b severage ki smell ati thi .. 😷 or fridge kaam nhi kar rha tha .. or charger lagan ka lia jo switch tha wo bht loose tha .. tap sa charger ko fix karna para 😌.

Nice hotel with friendly employee and manager!

Wonderful view in 6F. Easy to see All Mallrode. The soup is veryyyy delicious and big! Manager is so nice, he helped us a lot when I lost contact with my wife, we appreciated him very much. Of course, all staffs were also amazing with wonderful service and warm smile! Mostly outside security guard was honest, helpful, talkative easy friendly. Super recommend this hotel!

It was cold there and no central heating system and the heater provided was not able to compete there weather 😞

Over all it was good value of money plus cooperative staff.

All the amenities are upto the mark. Staff was very cooperative charming and encouraging specially Mr sumair abbasi. Will definitely be the first choice in future.

Place got rushy due to arrival of some big tour today. Everything else was fine.

Money was a bargain, but other services were pathetic.

Money was it was quite a good bargain.

Breakfast was not up to the mark. No drink, like juices or milk was there. Only water. Only few Pakistani dishes, omlait and peas with paratha, ,They only take cash payment. No credit card or transfer of money through internet. The receptionists were also not very honest and professionals.

One of the best hotal in murree

In every winter Since 2012 I stayed murree in different hotels (Al Subtani, Hotel One, Taj Mehel etc) but 2023 was different because I was with my family including my 74 years old Father and four kids. I recomend to each atleast try once. I got below mentioned facilities 24/7 Central heating Warm water Room services 0800am to 1130 pm Kitchen I and my family didn't felt any issue during my whole trip

The design of balcony view rooms not like, Balcony whould be saperate for each room.

1. I paid for a standard double room but Mr Ejaz & Mr .. Upgraded to a super Delux Room for the same price, I am grateful to both of you. 2. Complementary Delicious Breakfast, all foods covered with foil food wrap. 3. Fast services. 4. Fast Elevators. 5. The staff are very professional & well trained.. 6. The room was spotless, fresh and pleasant. 7. Security officers and other staff officers on our floor.
