The place was modern and clean
On our first night, there was another group staying in the house we had booked, so we were asked to stay in another place for just that night. As this place was smaller than what we had booked, I asked that the difference in price to be refunded, but unfortunately my messages have been completely ignored. I have sent them messages over booking.com and their email but not received any response. Considering this issue was their fault, I think it's disgusting to be ignored.

The Owners made everything so easy for us. We arrived at 12.40am and had the key. code made available to let ourselves into the. property. Any questions to our host were. answered immediately. Complimentary coffee and tea. The house was immaculate and clean, warm and welcoming.

would be nice to have all the candles refilled :) and curtains for the small window in the bedroom.

ideal location, bedrooms on different floors. modern, Spacious.
cheap badly fitted curtains. No curtains in en suite bedroom? Not enough kitchenware to cook for large group. had to ask for a bigger pan. Neighbours also borrowed pans, because they didnt have enough.
1 tea towel, which is a joke! No oven gloves. No kitchen towel. hot water ran out after 3 people had showers. bedroom pillows are the cheapest softest rubbish you can buy. Hand towels and bath towels of equal cheap quality. Need proper towel rails/hooks in en suite. Outside staircase noise, vibrates through bedroom walls.

Spacious accommodation with 4 bedrooms a kitchen and lounge area. Great location.
Draining tray and clothes airer would have been useful. Otherwise just fabulous x

It was spacious, view from the property was great and the location situated in was also easily accessible to the town and high street which was helpful.
There wasn’t heating available on all the floors.

A beautiful villa located in the heart of Tromso just 10 minutes walk from the city center.
Very comfortable, and very well equipped.
The owner was very helpful for every need we had.
We would definitely go back and stay there.

The location was beautiful and the apartment had such lovely views of the mountains. It was very spacious and we liked the fact it had a lounge area upstairs with different seating areas. The host was so friendly and helpful. Communication was excellent. The apartment was so clean and tidy. The apartment's location was perfect. Away from the shops but closer enough to easily walk there. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes. I would 100% come and stay at this apartment again, without hesitation. Only a couple on tiny minor things, it would be nice if there were curtains in the upstairs bedroom and a couple of egg cups would have been handy. But as you can see these are very minor and really didn't impact our stay at all. Both check in and out was super easy.
