Lovely resort, quiet residential area, further from beach and supermarket than expected

1. The size of the villa - spacious and well proportioned 2. The location of the villa - you can walk down to the sea front where there are a number of cafes and restaurants (bear in mind you need to walk through what I can only describe as a wasteland which is not pram friendly) the paved route takes a further 10 minutes. 3. Quiet Neighborhood 4. Fantastic Pool

Where do I start: 1. This villa is NOT air conditioned as advertised, it is partially air conditioned (bedrooms only) and for only set times dictated by Agni Travel - When viewing the property on a mobile phone this information is hidden, you need to click on their company logo then the information is on a separate page . We were traveling with 3 babies which could not nap or sleep as the rooms where sweltering. I contacted Agni travel multiple times and they were utterly useless demanding we pay an additional 30 euros cash a day to use the air con at times that suited the kids sleep times. The air con is only allowed on 2pm-4pm and 9pm-6am. The rest of the house is BOILING and extremely unpleasant. After three days of complaining to Agni Travel and Booking.com someone was sent to adjust the timer to better suit our kids schedules (these hours still had to fit in the allowed time) 2. The pool leads into the lounge where the tiles become dangerously slippy when wet, one baby left the holiday with a black eye, a silly tile choice for the room accessing the pool. 3. When you are trying to escape the heat of the house and sit on the patio there is a strong smell of sewage. 4. The awning outside which is there to give shade is ripping out of the wall on one side and looks ready to kill someone. 5. Despite a warning sign next to the front door stressing the importance of keeping the property locked, many of the sliding doors and windows do not lock. 6. The bedrooms have curtain rails but no curtains which results in early wake up for the kids. The villa is overall quite tired and lacking TLC, lots of tiles are cracked and missing, there are squished bugs on the ceilings and walls, flickering lights in upstairs bathroom and despite an admitted ant problem no cleaning supplies are supplied whatsoever (except an empty bottle of soap left behind in the bathroom) Agni Travel - 2.7 stars on google...
