For the third time in a month my reservation has been canceled at this location, I booked the stay for 7-17-22 the day before and right before I was headed over there I sent a message asking for the password for the key. They responded "This reservation has been canceled" and I never got a response from them. They should be removed from this site.

The size of the room was very comfortable. I thought the mattress was very comfortable: large and not too hard or too soft. The overall furnishings were comfortable but a bit too old. Adequate accommodations for one night. Good value for the price.
The staff really needs to improve the check-in process. It was after check-in time (4:00pm) and I still hadn't received instructions on how to check-in. The instructions also need to be more specific concerning location of entrance and lockbox. After all, this is an air bnb with a self check-in process and first-time guests know nothing about the property. The furnishings were comfortable but very old and rather dirty. The staff also needs to address the very strong odor of mildew in the bathroom.
