I liked everything that was offered, first of all the staff is amazing and very helpful. When we first checked in they gave us a room that we had not requested for but they were willing to change it for us, however, we were so tired coming from our Wedding Ceremony to do so but in the morning they moved us to the honeymoon suite which was very spacious.
The housekeeping guy I cannot remember his name, he had a Biblical name was extremely kind, helpful and respectful, I commend him for his service to us. Also the guy at the bar was a very nice gentleman very kind and helpful, even offered me a phone charger. The ladies at the front desk were amazing. Room service is absolutely splendid.
You have very kind workers, very polite and I would definitely come back and would refer anyone to this place. If you need quiet, serenity, pure tranquility this is the place to come to. I can't wait to be back in Kenya my Motherland.
Some fixtures need to be replaced, the sinks and faucets are dated, some paint would help spruce up the place even more, you can tell it's an old building and they have done a good job taking care of it. Kudos to the Kanyotus!!

Grand location in beautiful Red Hill/Tigoni side.. we got upgraded by the professional Manager, and had the amazing penthouse suite. The food is good, the facilities are nice and the overall property very very well put together. It's a dive back in the past, classic and classy!
Being so big, the place needs a lot of maintenance ! sometimes few things need action but the staff is always ready to act!

Staff where friendly andd professional as well as very helpful. The hotel was also very clean and kept clean throughout. Well done house keeping!
The food service was a bit slow when ordering. It would have been better if it was faster or the staff kept us updated about our orders. That being said it was nice and professionally presented. Just would have been better if it was prepared quicker.

Someway out of time, this hotel is a very grand building panelled in dark wood. Our bedroom was enormous with a huge balcony. Dinner and breakfast we good and the grounds extensive for a wander. Good pool
Nothing to suggest. Just remember that this hotel is situated some way out of Nairobi, an hour plus from the airport.

If you love Victorian finish then this is the place for you. It's an Ex-colonial Small Castle of sorts. I loved it immensely and would be back given half a chance. Everything is authentic from the Chairs / Bed /Wardrobes / Stairs. Reminds me of the Series The Crown / Downton Abbey on Netflix. I loved the food alot.

The customer service was great. All staff members were friendly. Accommodation and facilities like the pool and gardens were clean, well kept and charming. The vegetarian dinner naan, daal, paneer curry and salad and soup was delicious. Compliments to the chef for that. Breakfast, was delicious and they catered to all our dietary needs. We utilised the pool as well and had a grand time at the Sovereign suites.

The rooms were lovely. Wonderful shower pressure and spa services.
The hotel grounds were beautiful
The upholstery in the room was wanting. Rooms facing the parking did not offer any privacy and had to close the curtains the whole time.

The building was very well maintained and comfortable. The gardens are massive and lovely to relax in the gardening staff have their work cut out for them but they do very well. The main was well suited for westerners who are not partial to Kenyan dishes. The rooms are all different and the staff are friendly, shout out to Peterson who offered me a tour of the complex would visit again!

The unique interior of wood was quite amazing. The staff were quite welcoming starting with Collins whom we had a warm chat with and made our stay comfortable, then Peterson (Thank you for your time and the kind gesture of upgrading our room), Edna at the reception was quite helpful and supportive though a little smile once i a while could do the trick. The food was delicious and the portions were good as well.
The room are really spacious.
Definitely looking forward to my next visit which will be soon.
Need to upgrade more channels on your TV. Some of us love sports and that was a bit limited.
