Advertised Netflix but not working. Had two electric jugs but neither worked. Could have been cleaner.

Reasonable price to performance ratio. Not far from NAIA airport and PITX bus station. Good WiFi-internet, sufficient space in room, equipped with fridge, watercooker, ricecooker and cutlery.

No storage facilities for travellers belongings, defective lights in entrance hallway. Defective antenna cable for TV.

The managers/staff were very helpful with helping us get our luggage up/down many flights of stairs, and with helping find us a taxi back to the airport in the morning of our departure. General location had some convenient food options right outside of the front gate.

The building of our particular room (hallways - not the room itself) had some strong animal smells (cat urine) and a barking dog that kept us awake across the hall. This isn't the fault of the managers, but it is a reality of this model of renting out apartments in a larger shared building that is lived-in full time by other residents. I don't think I realized this wasn't a hotel before arriving - these are individual rooms/apartments rented out of a much larger residential complex.
