Tolles Frühstück , schönes Zimmer mit Balkon, ruhige Lage

Goed bed, mooie kamer, prima faciliteiten. Mooi bad. Prima suana
jammer dat je op het balkon geen bescherming was voor inkijk. Nu moest je met je badjas in de sauna

Sfeervolle kamer, goed ontbijt en attentie bij vertrek.
Ontbijtruimte druk en de opstelling was niet logisch qua route wat de drukte verergerde. Op de kamer rook je af en toe een riool lucht.

Het enigste was dat ze aan het verbouwen waren , maar dat hoort erbij als je wilt doorgroeien

Die Lage ist sehr gut; Strand & Innenstadt sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß stuttgart erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Das Bett ist gemütlich & die Badewamme groß genug für 2 Personen 😉 das Raumkonzept ist beeindruckend; aus dem Dachgeschoss wurde intelligent ein sehr gutes Zimmer gemacht.
Lediglich das Frühstück war etwas enttäuschend. Wenig Auswahl im Vergleich zu anderen Frühstück-Buffets. Trotz „Zeitslot-Regelung“ kam es gerade an der Kaffeemaschine oft zum Stau. Wären wir mit den Kids dort gewesen, hätten die bemängelt, dass es keinen Kakao gab.

Dia Parkplatzsituation ist ärgerlich. Da nicht ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten zum Hotel gehören, müssen die Gäste auf kostenpflichtige Parkflächen ausweichen oder kostenfreie Parkplätze nutzen, die weit entfernt sind.

Nicht jeder bekommt einen Parkplatz / Frühstück eher mittelmäßig zumindest für den Preis

the staff was extremely rude. better not to ask if you have a question or they will make sure to make you feel bad about it. unwelcoming and rude. would not recommend

good location and nicely renovated room
For 235€ a night I expected a lot more from hotel and services. The breakfast was very disappointing: not fresh, very small choice and food was not of high quality. Also weirdly presented on a few m2 with all hotel guests.

The staff is very nice and helpful and they do their outmost best under the limited circumstances. The room looks very nice and well decorated.
Having said that, the rest was very disappointing to say the least. For 200 euros a night, the expectations are much higher than a simple double room. I am not sure this is the quality you are striving for especially with Villa in the name.
The price of the room comes close to the Okura Hotel, Hiltons or any of Raddison Blu 4-5 star junior suites. However the quality is far from the other options, there was nothing Junior Suite about the room, it was a simple Twin/ Double room missing the most basic amenities. We didn't even have a blanket to cover us both, two single blankets in a junior suite! No coffee machine just a tea kettle with the cheapest type of tea.
Breakfast is very basic. Scrambled eggs, Pancakes under a heater. Staff was very kind to make something more fresh.
