Location. Really nice home for large party

What I didn’t like …however it is what it has to be. Long staircase upstairs. Upstairs is the main part of the home. (Master is downstairs). Just so you know it can make it challenging for luggage and for those that have trouble with stairs Just remember it’s a beach house and that’s common for the area

Location, nice house

Yard very unkept, uninviting. Upstairs bedroom left of bathroom bad mattress, bedframe, and ceiling fan.

The house was very clean. The beds were comfy. Close to historic downtown and beaches.

No good view of the ocean. Lots of construction going on around the house was a little noisy. Had some ants around the kitchen sink.

The house was very spacious, enjoyed the cathedral ceilings. The proximity to the beach is amazing. The kitchen was well appointed. The upstairs kitchen and living area was bright and comfortable.

There are sugar ants in the kitchen so you can't put anything on the counter, and you have to be mindful of this when you are cooking or preparing anything to eat. The patio furniture on the ground floor deck was a bit worn. The beach items (umbrellas and chairs have seen better days). I would recommend this vacation home despite these minor issues. The house is beautiful and the location to the beach, resatutants and supermarkets more than makes up for it.
