Great location for walking to beaches restaurants/cafes, nice facilities our apartment faced Pilot Bay so had good views and lovely sunny afternoons

Super efficient check in

The room was pokey and dark. Worst of all the wind caused all windows to whistle extremely loudly during the night. The windows do not seal properly so we had top get innovative and jam a towel between the seal of the windows and the joinery to try and reduce the noise - unsuccessfully. This apartment was a nightmare. NO sleep - will not be back

The location was great within walking distance to the beach, pools and restaurants.

The apartment was very dated, the furniture and contents was very tired and old, they needed to be replaced, there was only 1 bedside table, the bed was comfortable but really small and the blind in the bedroom didn't keep out the lights so it was really light all night. The mirror in the lounge had finger marks all over it so I did wonder how thoroughly the apartment got cleaned. We paid a premium for the apartment and it really wasn't up to an acceptable standard for the price. The apartments are independently owned, we stayed in apartment 5, other apartments might not be the same.

The heaters didn’t heat the lounge room and the 1 in the main bedroom only had 1 bar working. We were cold! The apartment is dated. The photos on the 2bedroom apartment don’t match what we got. The towels weren’t crisp white - they looked to have previous stains on them. Needs better coffee supply. A shampoo and conditioner would be good not 2 shampoos. Gym is pathetic! Outdoor pool not heated as stated it was.

Service from the young blonde lady at reception was great. We had complications with wifi & hot water in our original room, she kindly showed us options for a upgrade which we really appreciated. Perfect spot, close to the hot pools which was perfect for our stay.

Check in was easy and keys ready at reception when we arrived. Secure underground parking was good. Great position close to the Mount and the beach, and some lovely cafes. Full kitchen, comfy chairs in the lounge and a table and chairs on the balcony.

Apartment wasn't the same as the photos online that we thought we'd booked, not quite as light and spacious and view wasn't great but there was a peak of the sea. Didn't realise there was no air conditioning, fortunately we could open the doors on the balcony for most of the night and use a fan provided. Pillows were very flat.

The living space and outdoor area was absolutely stunning. Location was perfect, a big kitchen, and that couch was to die for!

I came here for work and was heavily relying on the wifi that was provided. The wifi kept dropping in and out, and it was a severely week signal throughout my whole stay. This made it near impossible for me to work, which was the whole reason I came there. The lady at the front desk was also not very nice. She came across slightly rude and I felt as if she were annoyed I was there?! Honestly, for spending $300, I feel absolutely ripped off which is such a shame because it has so much going for it. I was hoping this was going to be my reoccurring work spot when I visit the mount, but unfortunately that won’t be the case.
