I honestly just like how the place/building looks, it's very eye catching.
* There are no remote controls for the gates, we have to wait for several minutes for the staff to get to open the gate.
* No generator!!!
* When there's loadshedding, you must know you're not going to shower till there's electricity! No water!

The location of the guesthouse is a little bit tricky and not visible coming from the Kasi side but easy from the city
The doors/windows although tinted and block-out still need a blind to block light from the corridors from coming into the room. Access to the intercom needs to be adjusted for the driver to not exit the vehicle, move it. I was not aware that breakfast is R120 per person per day that was steep for a guest house.

The place is beautiful, nice deco and friendly staff
They need to sort out the remote key issue, the location is dark at night and having to wait for them to open for you, it's just inconvenient. Anything can happen while you at the gate

The rooms are big and comfortable.
Parking is sufficient and safe.
Electrical appliances are easy to find and to use them.
Lastly the warm welcome I always receive from Siyasanga. She has a beautiful heart and her team.
I wouldn't say I did not like because the place is new in that area.
However the Wi-Fi I couldn't work because of it not yet functioning, but I understood and I believe it will be sorted out asap.

I didn’t like the fact that I didn’t have the gates keys, had to call the reception every time I wanted to go out or in
